Excellent service from start to finish. We visited the Barton site and Sue was extremely helpful and patient in assisting us with choice of colours and design. We opted for the additional extras of risers, strengthened floor and thicker roof felt. The whole process was seamless including installation on the arranged date. We are delighted with our 10 x 8 Painted Denby Summerhouse which looks great in shadow with pebble fascia/doors/windows. We now look forward to the better weather so we can get it fitted out. It will be a welcome relaxing area within our garden. We thoroughly recommend UK Garden Buildings for a quality product and excellent customer relations.

You couldn't wish for a more helpful or attentive Sales Advisor than Sue, she's simply terrific and a massive asset to the company. She gladly gave as much time as needed to view the many very high quality garden rooms at the show site, whilst providing enormous amounts of helpful information. Each of the three times I visited she was a fount of knowledge and advice about the very high-spec garden rooms, and her no 'hard-sell', no-nonsense approach (and no barrage of follow-up emails, unless I'd requested additional information), to customer relations is what convinced me that this was the company I would buy from. Nothing was too much trouble, even though my order was relatively modest by comparison with some of the rooms art the show site!
My only slightly adverse comment would be: why ever don't the company provide mock-up CAD drawings of the room you are designing in order to help customers visualise things more clearly? This is the only one of the many companies that I've approached about garden rooms that does not seem to offer such a service - in this day and age it seems a massive oversight in the services provided (considering there are employees that already have experience of doing such CAD work)...
Other than the rooms themselves, Sue is the best advert the company could have - thanks so much for making the 'journey' such an enjoyable and stress-free one!

The UK Garden Buildings Team were excellent and installed for me a Composite Dalbury Garden House with Composite decking on my concrete base. They took great care with the installation and were clearly very accomplished engineers who took much pride in their high quality workmanship.

Thank you for an amazing Garden Room, I have been very impressed with every stage, I have been kept informed of every detail. The build team Adam and Steve, were fantastic. Despite a lot of rain and mud! They constructed a complete building in the set time.

The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Our 8 x 8 Huntington was chosen after being able to see exactly what fittings we needed both internally and externally with Martin at the showrooms in South Yardley. The two installers arrived on time and the garden room was installed in one day to a high standard. We were talked through the installation by the fitters as they wanted to ensure they were doing exactly what we wanted. After they finished they also gave us some useful hints and tips about the after care of the building. We have been using the room for the last 6 weeks and it has exceeded our expectations

From initial contact with Jerry @ Brookside Garden Buildings, Amerton Farm, the whole process of ordering, paying & installation couldn’t have been better. Fantastic customer service from all parties.
Installation took place on date booked at initial order fitters extremely efficient we now have a fabulous garden room couldn’t be more pleased.

My experience with the Company has been excellent from start to finish and was made all the better by Paul and Adam’s (the fitters) attitude and professionalism and craftsmanship. They were a joy to have onsite and talked me through the whole build. Paul and Adam are excellent fitters and a great asset to the Company. I would highly recommend the UK Garden Buildings Rugeley Ltd and specifically Paul and Adam.

Our 65 year old shed ( my husband was 15 when his Dad bought it) needed to be replaced. Looked at the ones in DIY stores and found them to be inadequate. Agents of UK Garden Buildings had a display a mile from our home. The Supreme Apex ( 8 by 6) was more expensive but was obviously superior to the ones we had seen.
Ordered it via the agent and we were told to expect a five week wait before delivery and they stated the need for a flat base. The old shed had been placed on bearers on the soil. Old shed was easy to dismantle and a friend laid some paving slabs for the base. We had two phone calls from a delightful lady and were given an installation date and time slot.
The installation was incredible to watch. Darren and Leo arrived at 10.00 a.m. and by 10.25 a. m. it was finished. It was like watching a dance, with each of them knowing what to do next. Not a word was exchanged between them. If we had bought a shed that needed erecting we would have had to find and pay people to do it. This way there was no stress

UK Garden Building have been less than helpful to my queries. Their customer service and after sales service leave much to be desired. I have owned a UK Garden Building for 5 years. I am now noticing some deterioration of the building fabric. At the time of purchase I was not advised of their recommendations of how to maintain the fabric of the building. I contacted their customers service department with my concerns. It is only now they are informing me of their recommended maintenance regime. Had I been aware of their recommendations at the time of purchase, some of the deterioration of my building could have been avoided. I have questioned UK Garden Buildings why I was not advised of their recommended maintenance procedures at time of purchase. They have so far declined to comment.

In response to UK Garden Buildings reply to my review, they still have not explained why I was not provided with a guide to maintenance at the time of purchase. I accept it is the customers responsibility to maintain their building. However, this should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturers advice and guidance, given at time of purchase. Customers should be aware of the maintenance necessary to keep their buildings in good order and this should be provide at time of purchase. I am not disputing they have given me verbal advice. Unfortunately for me 5 years too late.

We were able to see the quality of the buildings at Blenheim garden centre where Steve and Anne gave enthusiastic advice on the options available and Steve did a site visit to make sure that could do the project. He then organised for the groundwork to be done. UK garden buildings responded immediately with helpful suggestions and we made a final visit to their agents at Blenheim.
Once the order was in everything went like clockwork with the team arriving exactly as promised on the delivery date. We met 4 of UKgb’s personnel over the 4 days of construction and they were all a pleasure to have around. Polite and courteous and always happy to explain the process. Despite the very hot final afternoon they didn’t leave until every spec of dust etc had been cleaned and we were given a spotless new summer house to enjoy. The whole experience was “stress free” and the building exceeded expectations.

I'd been thinking about a garden office for some time and did a little research with a number of companies. I found UK Garden Building to be very competitive on price and well organised in the build from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone considering the same

Amazing product, amazing service! Just had an 8x8 Dalbury Elite erected and we are thrilled with the result. Kyan & Joss were the most polite and thoughtful work men I’ve ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble and the site was a very tight fit. We opted for the vertical composite and very glad we did. Not only recommend for a small, tight space, but looks ultra modern. We couldn’t be more pleased. The whole journey with Ajay from Kent Leisure buildings was spot on. Definitely recommend to anyone opting for a garden room for that extra space. Stress free and totally delighted with the result.

I had a 8 x 8 Huntington summerhouse fitted. I am very pleased with the work that was carried out and the quality of the summerhouse. It was finished in the timescale quoted and all the workmen were polite and respected my property.

First of all, the garden room itself is fabulous. We just love it. Daniel & Stephen installed the building over three days, travelling from Stafford to the southern border of Oxford each day (2 hrs each way). They were both highly professional, very competent and polite. They are both very nice people. The existing base for the garden room wasn't flat/smooth enough, but that didn't faze them. They found a local builders merchant, bought the necessary timber & built a framework to take out the uneveness. And then they started the build.
The whole experience from visiting the show-site through liaising with the sales & support staff to the installation has been excellent and we highly recommend UK Garden Buildings.
After they left on 12th we moved some furniture into the garden room and had a glass of cold chardonnay in celebration.

After much searching I opted for a small Dalbury Elite garden room to use as an office space. The range of options was fantastic, as was the price. Prior to delivery, the communication I received was excellent - reassuring and helpful.

On the day of delivery, the team arrived at 8am and promptly set to work. At lunchtime, after some touching up of the outside paintwork and a clean of the laminate and glass (it was horrible weather that day!) to ensure everything was just so, I was shown round, given advice on painting the interior and handed the keys to my new office, along with a small tin of the Thunderstorm paint for any further touch-ups down the line post-electrics.

Having now painted the interior and had power installed (I could have had my electrician on-site for a first fix but I wasn't sure where I wanted lights & sockets at that time) I now have a beautiful home office space that my friends and family are all seriously impressed by.
