We were looking for a sturdy metal arch. I wrote to ask about the description- email response same day. We ordered the arch and it arrived within two days and we are very pleased. It is exactly as described and looks perfect in our garden

Placed an order for log roll on the Sunday, then called on the Monday to confirm. Was informed that they were out of the particular size I wanted and was offered an alternative at the same price. Took delivery at lunchtime today ( Tuesday) and I live way down in the south west. Forget the rest, these are the best . First class service all round.

Ordered large qty of log roll for garden on monday night. By wed morning it was delivered.(charge was very small) Quality way better than garden centres and much much cheaper. Highly recommend. KD Cheshire

Placed order Sunday evening and somehow, last character of postcode was missing. Sent them an email when I noticed on Monday and was told that they had already looked up the rest of the postcode and delivery courier already booked. Goods arrived Tuesday lunchtime.

Twice now I have used your company, the two large wooden planters are superb, now planted up with a floribunda shrub rose, early bulbs and primroses either side of our front door.
Yesterday I received my second order of an Apsley Plant stand, again excellent quality and very well sealed against the weather..looking forward to seeing the St. Swithun climbing rose cover it this summer.

I ordered a garden obelisk but when it arrived it wasn’t in perfect condition. I contacted the supplier, got a prompt response and the issue was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction.

The item i ordered is exactly what I wanted unfortunately the fixings on it don't work. I have sent 3 emails and made 3 phone calls to try and sort this out and no one responded. Eventually Fiona did contact me and very swiftly sorted the problem and I am now very happy with my purchase. Shame it took so long to sort.

The obelisks are visually pleasing and very well manufactured. My latest order was foe two Parisian obelisks which was submitted on the Monday and arrived in rural Worcestershire the next day and, as always, being well packaged. I certainly would recommend this company for the quality of it’s products and all round efficiency

The obelisks were promptly delivered and well packaged. They are sturdy and I expect them to last decades. Excellent customer service. They promptly and most satisfactorily resolved an issue.

Great price for the items I bought. Emailed to ask delivery time as I couldn’t see it when I checked out (maybe a point to note) but Fiona got back to me promptly to let me know when it would be and arrived on time. Good quality garden plant hoops and much better value than others I’d viewed. Happy customer!
