My wife ordered a garden arch back in early July which appears to be quite sturdy. Delivery was prompt but there was an initial problem with some missing fittings i.e. bolts and washers. It did take a little while for this to be resolved but we now have them and our arch is now in situ awaiting its roses and looking good.

If there was more stars to give this company, they would get them. I had a problem with a garden arch, sent them details and photos, and it was sorted out in a matter of days.
Excellent service, would use them again.

Overall fantastic customer service

Goods were never delivered but this was due to the awful service from APC (courier company). The items were in fact dispatched in good time to APC. Fiona at UK Garden Supplies contacted me and has offered a full refund so a pretty good service from the vendor in that respect. Hope they review which courier company they deal with going forward.

Superb service. Quick delivery, following a slight hiccup the company could not have been anymore helpful. They organised a replacement immediately. And sorted everything. Uk based customer service phone line, talking to a real person it's the best sort of customer service. The quality of their product is amazing. Proper good quality wooden planter. Superb.

Ordered a large wooden planter delivery was within 48hrs,unfortunately when the planter was unpacked found a split in one of the panels,I contacted UK Garden Supplies they responded within 15 minutes and the problem was sorted in record time ,I will definitely use UK Garden supplies again and highly recommend them

Initial telephone call replied to immediately, my order then put in. Dispatched the same day and received a few days later. Very pleased with the service as this was the only business I could get to deliver to Northern Ireland. Would thoroughly recommend UK Garden supplies.

Placed an order for 3 very tall Obelisks and a rose arch, quick swift delivery, excellent products packages and the delivery company followed instructions as I wasn't there and they left where I asked , excellent service thank you Nicki t 👍

Excellent customer service My initial order was out of stock. I was contacted the next morning and informed. I was offered a refund and when I asked if there was an alternative in stock, the lady kindly confirmed what was in stock. I made a selection explaining it was a gift and if it could be dispatched ASAP, the order arrived the next day. Excellent communication and customer service. Thank you very much.

I ordered 2 x Blacksmith Hanging Wall Trough 90cm (36") on Sunday and received the order well within the specified 48 hours. Excellent quality product!

Excellent traditional pot dollies. Sturdy, well made and carries and moves very heavy tubs easily. Shipping costs very reasonable.

Ordered a Gothic arch on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday - amazing!! This was a gift for my son and his partner and they were over the moon. They collected it from me on Sunday and sent me a photo of it complete later that day. Brilliant service from this company.
