UK Garden Supplies works quickly! Excellent delivery time and quick responses made my contact with this company easy and worry-free! There was a mistake on one of the pieces of the Garden Arch I had purchased. Once I explained what happened, I was notified they would replace it immediately, and they did! I will be ordering from UK Garden Supplies again in the future because they obviously really care about Customer Service and the quality of their products.

I ordered the wrong colour trellis. Within two days they had arranged the courier to deliver the correct trellis and take back the original, without any extra charge to me.

My review has now been edited as they rang and emailed me after I gave 1 star review for their customer service, it shouldn’t take me leaving a bad review to get my order confirmation and delivered.

Product has arrived and is satisfactory, not sure if I will be ordering again.

I have now made two separate purchases of metal planters both found to be perfect in all respects. Each delivery was without fault, the second received today two days earlier than stated. Well done,

A good experience with this company since I submitted a review which didn’t show them to be very professional. They made contact and rectified the issue very quickly. The service was first class and goods delivered of high quality. I would buy from them again.

My order was delayed and no communication received so I made contact and received a very speedy resolution and delivery of the items ordered plus some additional items I decided I needed. the matter was fully resolved in two drops within 48 hours of my contact. Sometimes people are so busy that things slip through the net. Moral; they're busy people, speak to them and you'll get excellent customer support.

In response to my low review of UK Garden Supplies on Friday 17th May, Fiona phoned me promptly and confirmed that a refund had been made in full. The telephone call made all the difference and cleared up any confusion.

I recently purchased a metal garden arch from ukgardensupplies but when I was putting it up I managed to damage the spikes that hold it to the ground. I called the company to see if I could purchase spare spikes and they were most helpful to the extent that they shipped replacement spikes the same day and would not accept payment even for the postage.
I have previously found communications with the company to be very prompt and helpful and would certainly recommend this company.

GREAT experience from this garden supplier. Ordered and delivered within 3 days...amazing. APC overnight delivered and as always they were first class.

I ordered a garden arch on 8th April and paid £132. Did not receive any confirmation email after placing the order, which instantly made me a bit dubious. To be honest, I should have expected as much based on their poor website.

I am yet to receive any communication from this company, or my order. I have emailed them and called - with no response whatsoever. Their telephone line which they plaster all over their website goes through to an answering machine…! They even have a message on their website that refers to them being busier than usual due to the “recent lockdown announcement” - how difficult is it to update your website so it’s actually relevant?!

I will be raising a dispute with my bank regarding the transaction. Having seen a strong Trustpilot score for this company I believed it would be smooth sailing, but having read all the negative reviews it seems my issue is all too common an experience.

I’ve ordered from this company twice and both times have been a pleasure. Very easy to order online and delivered with 48 hours both times. The product (a raised long wooden planter) was very well made. The price was right and just what I had been looking for. I will definitely be getting more things for my garden from this company.

I accidentally ordered two lots of log roll. They were on my doorstep two days later. In the meantime I realised my mistake, phoned the company to explain, and got straight through to a real person who efficiently arranged for the superfluous lot to be collected back a couple of days after it arrived. My refund came through in reasonable time too.

I had two wooden plant troughs delivered one was perfect the other had a split. After contacting them they replaced in a couple of days for another perfect one and took away the damaged item.
No fuss only excellent customer service would recommend beautifully constructed.

Heavy duty gothic arch. Really lovely garden arch to replace crappy one we've had for just a couple of years. Arrived very quickly and is a lot better quality than I expected for the price. Took a bit of working out how to put together but left that to hubby. Total transformation of our rose/clematis arch. If I could afford it, I'd buy a couple more!! Very pleased.

Having ordered a couple of items there was no confirmation email, no delivery schedule and we had to ask 3 times for an invoice or VAT receipt.
When the delivery arrived, the arch we ordered was a different one than advertised on the website.
We did manage to speak to a customer representative and they were very helpful, apologetic and we did receive a discount for the inconvenience.
The range they offer has quality items but the communication to support this is poor.
In a world where there are so many ‘dodgy’ websites it doesn’t fill you with confidence when there’s no communication.

I judge companies as much on how they deal with problems as how they do when things go right. On this occasion I had a problem with my order that was the fault of the delivery company, not UK Garden Supplies. Fiona sorted it all out and organised replacements, which were an upgrade as the originals were out of stock. Thank you.

The staff were really helpful and friendly.
