Exactly the item I was looking for, looks great and at a good price. Delivered quickly and efficiently.

I ordered a verdigris garden arch. What I got was an arch painted green and black. Not the powdered coating they describe on the listing. The arch is quite flimsy when put together and I doubt it will last long. Not sending it back as don't need the hassle. Had no email to say the item was despatched, nor when it would arrive. Wish I hadn't bothered now. Won't use this company again.

Apparently my review has now been flagged by the company for harmful or illegal content. Absolute rubbish. As for the term verdigris meaning green, not quite true. Verdigris is a process, not just a colour and this product is not verdigris. If you would like to respond to my email rather than this review I would appreciate it.

An update: the company have now resolved my complaint and I am receipt of a full refund.

Brilliant company to deal with, very comprehensive choice of products. I ordered wooden log roll edging which arrived beautifully and safely packed, received regular delivery updates with a superfast delivery, I needed the edging quickly but had forgotten to order but UK garden supplies made sure I received my delivery is plenty of time for the installation.
The price and the quality of the edging were great,

We ordered a Lattice Garden Rose Arch; we had been looking around for the 'right' product and UK Garden Supplies had a great range of options and competitive prices. In addition, the standard delivery charge was not unreasonable, unlike some others. The quoted delivery time was around a week, but, in the event, it arrived in around 72 hours.
The arch itself seems very good. Looks heavy and robust, although only a few seasons in the Scottish climate will tell.
I can't blame UK Garden Supplies for the fact that there were missing washers in the bag of components, but I can give the company full credit for responding so promptly and positively to address the shortfall. We're probably all accustomed to this kind of issue with self-assembly products, but it's good to be able to give a 5* review to the company for its customer service. Thank you.

Purchased incorrect garden obelisk, arranged return. Customer operator Fiona Wake was very helpful, after several failed attempts by Courier to collect,eventually agreed to process a refund .

I recently purchased two 1.5m empire garden obelisks. The ordering process was very straightforward and no problems at all with the delivery. I specifically wanted powder coated products so that they would last longer whilst exposed to the elements. The obelisks have been outside in my garden for 3 weeks whilst waiting to be put into position in my flower beds and they have started to rust in multiple places. Clearly inferior quality. I have had to have them re-powder coated at my own expense to make them suitable for purpose. I have no issues at all with the service from the company but the product is clearly inferior

Very good company to deal with, easy web site to navigate, good choice of products. I ordered a 10m x 1m roll of basket liner, communication on delivery update was good , the delivery was very quick, a fair price and the quality of the product is excellent, far better than the wafer thin stuff from DIY shops. Highly recommend UK garden supplies and the basket liner and will defo use again

I ordered 3 rusty obelisks at £27 (ish) each. They are made in the UK, great style, value and quality. They came exceptionally well wrapped and arrived 4 days after ordering them. A great product and service.

I just ordered from this company, and from placing the order to arrival was 30 hours! Now that is fast. I ordered two things, a hayrack planter, and a 6 foot obelisk. Not small things. They arrived fully boxed up and in perfect condition. Both well made and sturdy. I can't find a single thing to complain about, excellent!

Fiona was very good on the phone it did take a few goes trying to get through as they are very busy. Fiona’s went the extra mile and her customer service was excellent and she resolved the problem for us.

Had a problem with an order, all sorted in one phone call by a very polite lady. Missing item arrived 2 days later.

Fast efficient service and a good product at a reasonable price. Gothic Arch metal trellis, easy to assemble , 4 panels took 25 minutes including having to drill into the concrete post base supporting a gate post.

Great selection of products. Hard to get log roll edging in the taller heights, but found them here. Good, solid quality. Will use the site again. Great response to my feedback I made regarding delivery from Fiona (customer service).

Ordered a obelisk frame for the garden. Whilst didn't initially receive a confirmation of order, on contacting the company I received a rapid e-mail response advising delivery would be next day. It was, recieved well protected despite its awkward shape and fragile nature of the product. Delighted with the product service and price. highly recommend.

Shocking customer service, never answer the phone or return your call and never respond to emails. A simple problem could have been solved in two minutes but once they’ve got your money they are certainly not interested in the customer!! I’m sure this will get the normal robotic response.
