Excellent products quickly dispatched and excellent Customer service

After being let down by another supplier I bought a garden trough from ukgardensupplies but feared the trough, which was a present for a friend’s birthday, wouldn’t be delivered in time. I was absolutely delighted at the response to my request for a faster than normal delivery and the trough was delivered today. Perfect service. Thank you so much.

I ordered an obelisk from this supplier. Unfortunately it was damaged when it arrived. Quality control should have picked up the rusting and the lumps of paint though the squishing likely happened in transit.
Customer services were very helpful and sent out a replacement which I’m happy to say arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Just wanted to thank you for such excellent service. I ordered 3 Nostell obelisks on Sunday last week and they had arrived by Tuesday afternoon. The Obelisk arrived but unfortunately the fixings had got lost in transit. An email resolved the problem and they were sent the same week. Delighted with the larger than normal obelisk, I had been looking for just the right one for ages! It will be used in a very large pot to train sweet peas to climb up it. Great customer service. I ordered 5 large wooden troughs. Four arrived the following morning by courier and the driver informed me that this was all they had at the depot. I sent an e-mail to the customer service and had a reply the same day to let me know they were on the case.
The missing trough arrived the next working day.

Dreadful customer service and product. Was sent 5 boxes of log rolls, all boxes arrived wet. Opened immediately to find logs covered in a chemically, blue growth - looks very much like mould. Via email I was assured that this was 'a reaction to a recent treatment' and nothing to worry about as it would go away outside in the air. I said OK good, as I don't want to go to the trouble of installing and creating new beds with lovely clean soil only to have festering rotten logs ruin it all. They then said 'yes it will be fine if you wipe them down with a cloth' ....so I did. Absolutely no difference, mould did not come off. I then requested replacement or refund and have been ignored ever since. I laid the logs out on my patio to see how they'd go after some fresh air and sunlight - no change after a week - unsurprising as once I unravelled, I found them all to be soft, crudely cut and splintering in places. I have coated them in a clear wood treatment in the hopes I can salvage something as I'm around £70 down and have a pile of logs on my hands. Couldn't even sand them down they're so sodden!

Initially the item that I wanted was out of stock, and I was not advised. After contact with Fiona, who was extremely helpful, she offered me replacements at no extra cost, once chosen I received the order the next day. Excellent service.
