Wonderful service from this company we had product for 18 months before opening because of a failed home move, when opened part was missing, but no problem for them to sort it out, thank you very much

I received 2 sets of different trellis (plastic and wood) both were of good quality and came very quickly. I made a mistake originally choosing the wrong colour but I phoned and Fiona who answered my call could not have been more pleasant or helpful. I was able to return the wrong colour easily and very speedily. Even the delivery man was nice. My fence is now covered with great trellis. Thank you all very much

Not a very good experience at all will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered some wooden planters, turned up on time but wrong items sent, when I called they said my items were not in stock! They arranged to collect which they did, but nearly two weeks in no refund, called office and they said refund not been done and apologiesd, so it took me to chase before getting refund. Not very professional and not a good shopping experience. However, I would say staff I spoke to very polite!

I ordered my purchase only 3 days ago and had it delivered today. The quality is good and the delivery perfect. Thank you so much I love my planters I think they will last for a few years

Absolutely brilliant service. I placed my order for timber lawn edging on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered the following Tuesday morning, to my home almost 200 miles away. I would thoroughly recommend UK Garden Supplies and will be using them extensively in the future. Well done and thankyou.

The wooden garden trough planter is excellent quality. It was easily the best product of its type I could find and at a reasonable price. Further it arrived within a day of me ordering it. So very pleased and will not hesitate to recommend uk garden supplies.

Received my order, items very poorly packaged, packaging very damaged, products of inferior quality, not as advertised or wrong items sent. Rang customer service, spoke to a very friendly lady who arranged for APC to collect the items and for a full refund to follow. No refund has arrived as yet and now my emails and phone calls are being ignored. I get the impression one poor lady has been tasked with sorting out all the complaints? Please if you read this can I have my full refund as promised? S Walton

I ordered a' heavy duty' Verdigris metal arch with gates which was delivered within a few days although there was no communication concerning the delivery. My low score relates to the quality of the arch which I would not class as heavy duty. It is constructed from lightweight hollow tube with lots of joints connected with very minimal welding. The ground spikes are very short. I wonder how long it will last. Disappointed

Ordered 4 rusted peony supports which are great and arrived very quickly. No extra required for postage - unusual for such bulky items - so very good value.

Ordered a hanging basket and a bird feeder. Both good quality, slight problem with hanging basket which Fiona sorted very quickly, good service.

I ordered a metal arch on 27th October which arrived in a damaged state. Fiona has agreed to have the arch uplifted and a full refund also. Thank you Fiona.

I ordered a garden obelisk, but heard nothing for some weeks. When contacted, the item was clearly not in stock, so initially, I was annoyed that I hadn't been told this. After contacting Fiona, who seems to be the person dealing with all orders (and complaints) she kept me informed of progress of the item and when it looked like it wasn't going to come into stock, offered me an upgraded item at no extra cost. I have to say, after reading a lot of negative reviews (and feeling initially aggrieved myself), Fiona couldn't have done more. It would seem she is fending off a lot of complaints alone, but please just think before writing some of those horrible things people have been writing, there's a person at the end of it, dealing with it, who has been working tirelessly since March to get you your orders. I have no connection whatsoever with the company, but I do know when someone is trying really hard under extreme conditions. Sometimes we have to remember that and take time to understand the impact of our words. Thank you Fiona, for all that you are doing, you are a credit to the company.

WOW, ordered my large planters 5th October received on 7th October So pleased with them. Very sturdy and well made. Now looking forward to planting winter and spring flowers. If only all companies were as good life would be so much easier. Thank you. 😁

I ordered three items on line. I was charged before any arrived. One came relatively quickly, I was charged for the remaining two. I have to follow up with various emails, till I was told they were out of the item I have already been charged for.
Amended: I did hear from the company and they reimbursed me the missing item with a discount for the hassle.
