I almost did this a few years ago. I met with the consultant, talked through the plan, but then didn’t go ahead. 5 years later I stumbled across the email and prior photos. Saw how much worse my hair had got and booked another consultation. This time I went ahead with it. And I am pleased I did. The team were great. Not pushy, just available for any questions. The surgery team were ace. Very relaxed on the day. Now two weeks later I have a new hairline. The redness has disappeared. I didn’t even bother wearing a hat. Really smooth healing process. Chelsea has been calling me every few day to check in on my progress. It has been a really positive experience. Wish I had done it the first time.
You can over think this, but if you’re looking then clearly you want a better hairline. And UK hair offer you that. For a price. But with the added convenience of being local. And getting it all done in a day and back home.

The surgery was a good experience. The surgeon was very knowledgeable and put me at easy and the technicians were the same. I am 2 weeks post transplant and my results so far are very good. All my grafts seems to have taken hold and are growing.

My second transplant after successfully bolstering my crown with Dr Elgindi. This time was with Dr Mittal [Manny] and this was excellent too. I arrived at 0815 and left at 5pm. A gruelling day but not as painful as the first. Manny is a really nice guy and puts you at ease immediately and talks about what he's doing throughout. I can't wait for 6 months to see the result.

My experience with UK Hair Transplant Clinics was great from start to finish.
It took me a long time to decide on which transplant clinic to go to, as there are many around. After looking at reviews and talking to a colleague who had a positive experience with UK hair. I decided to take the plunge.
I had a preliminary appointment with Paul in London. He explained everything in detail and that gave me confidence. I was also reassured by the guarantee that they offer.
I had the transplant surgery in Manchester with Dr Elgindi. Everyone on the day were fantastic. I was put totally at ease. It was very straight forward. I was extremely happy with the end result.
I've recently had my six month check up with UK hair. The hair is looking great and I'm very happy. The aftercare from the surgery is second to none. They are very attentive and no question is a silly question.
I would urge anyone who is considering hair transplant surgery to go with UK Hair.

I’ve waited 10 months before writing my review as I wanted to give it time to see some results, so I can be honest. All I can say is you get what you pay for! Don’t make the first mistake I did. I originally had a consultation with UK Hair Transplant Clinics a good few years ago, whilst impressed with them I couldn’t afford the price so I opted to go to Turkey, which was half the price. Big mistake, although my trip & experience in Turkey was good, the outcome wasn’t, a couple of years after the surgery I had little hair growth & what had grown started to fall out, I therefore went full circle and went back to UK Hair Clinic for another consultation with Paul. He was fantastic & thoroughly explained what I could expect if I went ahead with them this time. I did go ahead & from start to finish the whole team were amazing from Chelsea my co-ordinator, Dr Elgindi (surgeon), Judith & Rosa, Mollie, Haj & Mihai (technicians). On the day the staff put me at ease, we had a laugh (despite my nerves) & I was fully reassured at all times. Chelsea was in constant touch, pre & post procedure (I never ever heard a thing from the team in Turkey once I left the clinic). I’ve had my 6 month follow up appointment now & although I’ve still got more growth to come the results are unbelievable & couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend UK Hair Transplant Clinic to anyone & if you are hesitating at the price don’t do what I did as it has ended up costing me so much more than if I had gone to them after my first consultation. You get a first class, professional service from start to finish but most important I got the results I’d wished for years before. I have just recently had my hair transplant and in such early days I feel happy I made the right decision. Even more so having it done in the UK and only 20mins drive from my home.
I sent some Pictures of my hair line and had a free Zoom call with Nigel which was pleasant and answered any questions I had.

Next stage I was happy to pay the £500 deposit to have a consultation with Paul at the clinic. I was Happy to lose only £100 if I decided to not go through with the procedure.
This gave me peace of mind once the new hair line had been drawn on and my donor area inspected which gave me a positive outcome. I then knew roughly the cost and how many grafts I would need.

During these past few months and leading upto my surgery, Patient co-ordinator Chelsea has been brilliant, in touch on many occasions and on the other end of the phone if I had any queries.

Surgery Day 24th Jan 2024.

I won’t lie I was very nervous and anxious on the day of the surgery, looking back now I had nothing to worry about.
From the moment I met Dr Elgindi and his technicians Ali and Mollie, they made me feel at ease and reassured me that everything would be fine.
Very professional and polite I may add.

Dr Elgindi drew on my new hair line and I was happy to go with his experience, making a few alterations so that the hair line would look more natural this way.
The only uncomfortable experience I had was the needles in the forehead and donor area for the anaesthetic. Which is understandable but bearable.
After this I never felt a thing throughout the day.
Dr Elgindi put a lot more grafts in than originally quoted which I was happy about, and this was at no extra cost.😊

It’s been 3 days since surgery, I’m lucky to have had no swelling and had no pain whatsoever, which I was surprised about.
The only issue I have had is lack of sleep due to sleeping upright.
I have been using the aftercare pack provided and followed the step by step instructions which has helped.

I am looking forward to seeing the changes over the coming months, also having the reassurance that I will be visiting the clinic after 6,12 & 18 months as part of the after care.

I am writing this review 10 days post surgery – so final results of the procedure are still pending but my whole experience this far has been excellent. My Patient Co-Ordinator, Chelsea has kept in regular contact with information both pre and post surgery – and she has went out of her way to be caring, informative and helpful. My Surgeon, Dr Manish Mittal was a gentleman and a great surgeon – he went above and beyond for me on the day of the procedure. I would also like to draw special attention to my 3 x Technicians who assisted Dr Mittal on the day – Rosa, Brandin and Alicia – they were very professional, comforting and caring and looked after my welfare and comfort throughout the day.

I had an FUE Transplant with Dr Elgindi and I was so emotional and overwhelmed leaving the operating theatre seeing the first results. The whole process has been absolutely beyond perfection and impressive. Starting with my initial consultation with Paul Hammond, who made me at ease regarding the procedure and accurately drew my design to showcase to me the proposed hairline restoration, followed by accurate mathematical calculations to confirm the grafts required, including using cling film to measure and confirming the exact graft estimate was correct! I was even offered an earlier surgery date due to availability and was so thankful for his help.

Meeting Dr Elgindi was an absolute pleasure and honour. He is such a remarkable and special person, his bedside manner and compassion are so comforting and it was an absolute honour to be his patient. He talked me through everything on the day and only proceeded with any step once I was comfortable and happy. He is such a skilled surgeon with surgical skills so impressive, I did not feel any pain at all, even during the anaesthetic! In fact, I was so comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure that I even managed to watch a whole Lord Of The Rings movie during surgery! Dr Elgindi communicated to me every single step of the process and it was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience being able to have banter and conversations with the team during a transplant.

I was also fortunate and blessed to have such amazing Technicians by my side, Ali and Tasha. These ladies were so lovely and so comforting throughout. They planted my grafts so carefully and so comfortably that the end result was absolutely phenomenal. They truly take pride in their work and I am so grateful to have had them by my side.

I felt so emotional by the end of my transplant that I could not believe what I was seeing. I am only 25 with a receding hairline and seeing the work these guys had done, seeing my hairline restored. It took my breath away and I was literally in tears of joy. Dr Elgindi, Ali and Tasha have changed my life. I have got back my confidence and no longer have daily worries about my hair.

I cannot recommend the UK Hair Transplant Clinics enough. I still cannot believe it. I look in the mirror and almost tear up just seeing what these guys have done for me, they have truly changed my life.

Every single step of the whole process was so comfortable and easy. Not to mention the amazing aftercare from Chelsea who contact me regularly with advice and seeing how I was getting on.

I consulted with a few Hair Transplant clinics and I can only thank god more than anything that I came across UK Hair. These guys don't just do this as a job, but they take pride, compassion and love in what they do. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. My life has changed.

If you have any doubts or apprehensions, please book a consultation with them at least. You will see for yourself even through a consultation how much experience, care and compassion these guys have. To prove this even more? Compare their consultations to other clinics who offer treatment.. the evidence will always be in front of your eyes.

Very friendly and professional staff from the initial consultation to surgery day and the aftercare follow ups.

The staff were informative and made me feel at ease from the beginning. The nursing staff who assisted the surgeon were helpful throughout and checked in on me throughout my procedure.

I had a transplant of 2,500 grafts to have my natural deep widows peak filled in with Dr Tetiana Mamontova and a lovely team.

I was very apprehensive I think like anyone would be given the cost of this kind of thing and how the results might turn out, and also that some reviews from others were given a little quickly following their surgery.

However, Dr Tetiana Mamontova and the team of technicians couldn't have been more nice and I really felt like a VIP in her care. I watched episodes of the office while they worked and probably had the volume too high (sorry).

My results one year later are amazing and have changed my life, I can now style my hair how I want and I no longer even think about my hairline which I think speaks for itself.

If you're bricking yourself like I was then know its not a pleasant surgery to have and nothing is ever guaranteed but these guys are legit and I'm very happy I went ahead with this.

All members of the team were incredibly helpful, from my surgeon and nurses on the day, to Chelsea with aftercare. I was a little nervous before the transplant, however everyone made me feel at ease, and the day flew by. Looking forward to seeing the results in 12 months time!!
