Ukhomeliving is one of several companies operated by 3 directors, easily found through Companies House. Surprisingly including Ripon Interiors, whom have featured in the Harrogate Advertiser.

They operate by partially fulfilling orders and ignoring customer communications. Many similar reviews will confirm this.

In my case, they had requested that an item was to be held back from my delivery. I manged to contact their suppliers to confirm that UKhomeliving had not released the item.

Only after many emails and 4 months later was the missing item delivered. I was initially told that "we are chasing it up", however the following 4 months of no communication proved this was nothing more than a lie.

Speaking to other industry businesses confirms this, it seems that they are a well known bunch.

Avoid at all costs, no matter how good a deal may seem.

This company is a scam.

We paid for an item that was never delivered and over 2 months later the company still have not acknowledged the fact that they have not delivered the item or issued a refund.

The company has no phone number to call and the customer service is so poor.

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Been waiting on delivery of item for over 2 month. Each time they are contacted there is a vague reply claiming they are working on it and then radio silence until the next angry email sent

Disgraceful. UK Homeliving are terrible. Avoid avoid avoid! Absolute scammers. I’ve sent them numerous messages after they failed to deliver my shower tray. They make promises they can’t keep. Have requested a refund but still no response. Don’t waste your time with this company and always check on b&q which seller you’re buying from. Huge lesson learnt.
