Walcot Upholstery made a loose cover for my sofabed.
After several delays and cancellations they finally came to fit it. I expected it to have the traditional shape of the sofa. What I got for a very expensive price was no better than a dust sheet - shapeless!The person who came to fit it really struggled with it, then told me I should line up a middle seam and push all the chunks of fabric into the gaps at the sides and along the back, preferably with a flat stick. Nothing we can do improves the awful saggy look of it. Apart from that, Simon, who took the order, became quite rude and unhelpful when I complained, and talked over me not allowing me to speak, then arranged to come and check the cover. He cancelled the appointment the day before saying he would "not engage". A very expensive and very unsatisfactory experience with Walcot Upholstery.
