Ordered documents on 20 Sept 2021, paid £17.95. One month later still no documents and the phone number is unavailable. Sent emails and no response. However this morning after another email the docs were sent over. it seems that there is no automated receipt or confirmation when you order. I was advised by Fraser on the phone -
If you don't receive docs email or call within 24 hrs!!

Scammers. Over charged for very basic deeds which I already had a copy of. I asked for a specific year but got a 2020 year deed. The official Land Registry office charge £7.00. This rip off company charged £ 30.90.
They won’t refund and now emails are undeliverable. Stay clear and go to the official site.

I needed to obtain the details for a plot of land we retained after selling our property and Asha was really helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

I have contacted your service twice to support information regarding 8 Selsey Close CV3 4EF and the boundry fence. 

After speaking with we a lady this morning I asked for advice as the first documents received did not show the T that shows the single or joint boundary and I was told if I purchased the surveyors report this will show the T. I have received it and its the same report as before.

I called again and spoke with Ash and lady who told me no manager was available. I explained the situation and she was not helpful at all. 

I feel land registry have conned money from us and woukd like a responce straight away I also asked for my local office number and she couldn't help with that either.

This company is a rip off I did not realise this is a private concern not HM Land registry. Spoke to them and ordered deeds paid £85.70. Then realised they were not HM land registry who informed me that the deeds had not been changed to my name. Immediately called uk land registry and explained these deeds were not fit for purpose and cancelled asked for a refund which they refused even though there T & C offer a refund if documentation has not been received by a customer and it’s within 14 days. However after several phone calls they still refused to cancelled order and refund my payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY go straight to HM Land registry the cost is roughly a mere £3.00

Bunch of crooks pretending to be the Land Registry, took my £25.90 and sent me a document from 1750 rather than the requested latest conveyancing document for my property which was only built in 2016

Was sent another persons documents not mine.took a week to sort out.

I completely withdraw my initial complaint against this company as set out below. I did eventually find the response I'd requested buried in my Junk box, in itself a disappointment I must say. I now reserve my significant disappointment for the search engine, in this case Bing, for allowing this company the top spot in SEO when clearly HM Land Registry - GOV.UK should be the first option at a fraction of the price. I am disappointed with letting myself be drawn into sharing my personal information online with what I believed to be an official organisation. Check first, look for GOV.UK! Nevertheless I thoroughly withdraw my initial assessment.

"Scam! Seriously disappointed with their performance so far. I ordered some documents online with the assurance I would receive them by email typically 'within 2 hours', that was 5 days ago and have still not received anything, not even a confirmation or acknowledgement. A very good official-looking masquerade in my view. I am equally disappointed to find they occupy such a prominent position in a search engine."
