They SABOTAGED my claim! HORRIBLE COMPANY. Before their intervention, my claim was accepted by solicitors, with a reference number. Legal Assist's INTRUSIVE agent was supposed to take photos of disrepair but photographed my whole house, even behind the cat litter, my laundry basket, the boiler and MY BED!! He never listened to a word I said, behaving like he owned my house. He decided to go into a bedroom that was irrelevant to his report. He even OPENED A CUPBOARD!
He tested areas for dampness that were not listed, and seemed disappointed when he actually got 18% dampness after I insisted on the right place.
His report goes against my claim. He was against us, not supportive of the claim. It's as though he were paid by my landlord to sabotage my claim. He did "well" as, despite 16 major disrepairs, after receiving his myriad of burdening, butchered, unprofessional and totally irrelevant photos, my solicitors have now closed my claim.

Scammers. This is not a genuine company. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers trying to commit fraud.
