I recently contacted this company to make them aware of my experience with people claiming to be them, the lady Sophie on the phone was wonderful. And had mentioned the people using UKlegalassists’ name and website etc is providing a negative front from people reviewing, which is very unfair for a company to have to endure.

After investigating i found out they were in fact a victim of a larger network of persons fraudulently using this companies details. I’ve provided numbers etc, I encourage those who have experienced similar to provide this company with the details of those trying to scam.

If I ever need legal help, I’ll be using this company for assistance!

I received a polite and helpful phone call from a friendly lady from the Office who took time to explain the process and especially given COVID the steps taken to minimise the risk by doing a doorstep service. The gentleman, professional and courteous throughout arrived on time and kept strictly (more than I was expecting) to the self distancing rules and was very thorough and detailed in his explanations. If this is how the Professions will operate in the future it is hugely beneficial to have them visit at home and ensures you cant forget anything they need. Good work guys keep it up.

Having recently had dealings with this company I found the staff to be extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They dealt with my query effectively and efficiently worthy of a great review.

I spoke to this company today as I to was dealt with by someone claiming to be legal assist........ its not a scam but its not this company and they are in it to over sell your claims and screw the system over.

This company were helpful, polite and don't deserve the hammering given on here.

UK Legal Assist Ltd...... name is being made to look bad as unregulated fraudulent companies are cloning their details.

These ‘other’ company have all the correct details when they phone you about your accident and your pressured into making a claims them

then your put through to a solicitor to make a 'personal injury claim.

If you get a cold call claiming to be UK Legal Assist Ltd then let the real UK Legal Assist Ltd know, and then the authorities to investigate.

This company is being made to look bad as thier name is being used fraudulently by another 'company'
This 'other' company have all the correct details when they phone you about a car accident you have had and try to pressure you into making 'false' or 'biased' insurance claims.
You are then put through to a solicitor to make a 'personal injury claim' after being 'primed'
If you get a call claiming to be UK Legal Assist Ltd about insurance then let the real UK Legal Assist Ltd know about it and they can investigate. These guys are getting very bad press due to the 'scammers' out there..... :-(
