Truly shocking experience

Truly shocking experience. This company is fine until something goes wrong. I had medication on a subscription, recurring every six months. I have moved house in the last 2 months and noticed that they had my old address - I immediately tried to contact them to ensure it was sent to my new address, However, as noted by other reviewers, they are completely uncontactable. Their Live Chat is just a form you fill in - no response. No phone number is given anywhere on their website (I wonder why?!) and if you call the number for "Urgent assistance" given in the auto-reply email to your "Live" chat then they simply do not answer. I tried several times to call and it rang and rang for up to 30 mins before getting cut off. Don't bother pressing "*" for a callback - they don't bother. How this company gets away with ZERO customer service I don't know. I have cancelled my subscription and will never use this company again. There are plenty of similar companies with much better customer service.

Beware, took 20 days before order was shipped. Pharmacy under special measures.

Ordered on 23rd December. Knew it would probably be delivered shortly after Christmas - ended up only being shipped 13th January. I tried contacting company many times no answer. Their contact form does not work. Their pharmacy has enforcement issues placed upon it - you can check with the numbers they provide to check they are allowed to prescribe. All seems a bit suss. I ended up raising a transaction dispute with my credit card company - about a week later 13th - suddenly the items are now being shipped. However, have already obtained medication elsewhere otherwise I might have been at serious risk. Won't be ordering from these again.

Just diabolical

Absolutely diabolical service from UK Meds. I paid extra for 12pm next day delivery and the order was approved. It was for time-sensitive medication required quickly so assumed it would arrive by 12 the next day. But it didn't arrive the next day. Or the next. Or the 6 days after that. Or still yet. DPD tracking info says they haven't even received the parcel.

The most frustrating thing about this company is that they are completely uncontactable. They have a phone number but it just rings and rings for 10 minutes and then cuts off. Nobody has answered their phone after a week of calling daily. They have a live chat which isn't a live chat, it's a contact form which again nobody replies to. They have another contact form too which is always 'unavailable'. So you cannot contact them whatsoever.

My next steps will be a chargeback from my bank and if necessary, will have to take them to small claims court. Absolutely abhorrent business taking custom from people requiring medicine and then leaving them without their order and no support whatsoever.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs!

Takes your money and fails to deliver

Three times now this company has taken my money for next day delivery and then not delivered. Worse you can not get hold of them to arrange a delivery date. They do not answer the phone, they do not return the call via * and they do not respond to emails. If you travel for work the next day service can't be a lie. Ordered on the 4th, still waiting.

Absolutely the worst company to order…

Absolutely the worst company to order from. Every time I order I have some type of issue. I placed an order on 27 December which had an issue with approval (their mistake). I then eventually got hold of the customer services and reordered on 6 January with next day delivery. Now, on 9 Jan, after being on hold for 20 minutes I am told that they do not have stock and it 'might' be sent next week (no communication received). Utterly ridiculous service, quite frankly unacceptable in a competitive landscape.

Very disappointed — slow processing and no useful customer support

I placed an order on 27 December after the product page stated “Order now, you will receive as quickly as tomorrow.” I also paid for standard delivery, which created a clear and reasonable expectation of timely processing and dispatch.

Despite this, my order has remained stuck in “dispensing” status for over 11 days with no progress. This is far beyond any acceptable timeframe, particularly for medication.

I contacted customer service to ask whether this delay was normal and when my order would be dispatched. The response I received was a generic apology for delays, with no explanation, no revised timeline, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The order status has remained unchanged.

At this point, the delivery promises made on the website appear misleading, and the lack of meaningful customer support is unacceptable. I have now been forced to escalate the matter formally, including pursuing a chargeback and considering further legal escalation if necessary.

I would strongly caution others against ordering unless the company improves its transparency, processing times, and customer service.

my advice if you want to order from here, and it's sad, but you will have to screen shot everything. from their claim that the medicine is "in stock" to their claim that you can "have it by tomorrow". It could help you if you ever want to escalate your matter legally.

UK Meds are an extremely reliable, trustworthy and professional company who always make sure you receive the best and most suitable treatment.
My order was received really quickly with updates as to delivery times.
