Wouldn't use again

Wouldn't use again.
Order sent to wrong address so returned to them. They made me pay again for shipping. Which I did. Its been over a month since I ordered in the first place. They're not claiming they havent received it back from the post office yet, but it says at the bottom of the screenshot that its been received. They tried to crop it out but only cropped half!

This was an urgent order. Ive never had such bad customer service from a company

Customer service is great

My order did go a bit wrong, but i had no problems contacting someone and it soon got sorted.
I will definitely be using them again.

Poor customer service

I had a subscription with UK meds. When I moved house, I changed my default delivery address and marked it for all future orders. However, UK Meds continued to send it to my old address, which I cannot access. When I contacted them, they would not support a refund even though it was their error, not mine.

Once the service is reopened online, any subscription orders will automatically default to the original address used on the account.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personal details are correct and up to date before an order is issued.

For subscription services, you are notified 7 days before the order is processed, with all order details confirmed, including the shipping address. I’m sorry if this notification email was missed.

Paid extra for 24hr delivery - dispatched days later and no apology or even response to emails

These jokers had me pay extra for 24 hour delivery then didn’t even dispatch it for two days. When I contacted them they tried to blame royal mail - but from the tracking you can see the item wasn’t even dispatched when they emailed me back. They have since ignored all emails I sent them about it as I needed the item urgently - hence why I paid extra for the 24hr delivery option. If they cannot provide the 24hr delivery then they should not offer it. Really terrible service, will never buy from them again. Can’t believe I paid £5 for special delivery due to really needing the item urgently, for them to let me down, and not even to have the grace to apologise (let alone refund me for the priority delivery I never got). Rude to simply ignore all emails, rude to blame Royal Mail for their own clear failure to dispatch. It’s been a few weeks now and they have continued to ignore all emails. Avoid this company at all costs!
