Not receiving my order. A month over the limit. I ordered from them twice before and received my parcel on time, but now that it is not arriving this time, they do not even bother to check their messages on the shop app or their own website. It is ridiculous. I urge you to use AliExpress or some other more reliable website for figures.

This is 100% a SCAM. If you scroll down you will see that the owner, whose email address has been given out for the refund process, has left a five star review saying that they received their goods promptly! Lucky them, unlike the rest of us.

No order, no shipping confirmation and will now need to open a dispute with my credit card. The email is gmail and Hotmail accounts and they do not respond. What a scam

Unfortunately I read reviews and they were all positive so I ordered from this company. They were due to arrive on the 2nd September. I message every day and usually get a response saying to check shipping. When I do this with EVRI they still have not received the parcel. Never once have they apologised. I have requested a refund but they never acknowledge this request. Also the 5 star review is from someone with the exact name that I have been messaging from this company. Maybe it is a coincidence.

Ordered on 14th sept for my son's birthday, not received and now reporting as fraud. no response to any contact.

Ordered two sets of figures, estimated delivery came and went. Followed up with inquiry emails, got almost no response until one message mentioning a backlog. A month of pestering later, my items were finally dispatched only for some parts to be missing. Contacted them about replacements, sent in images, and have heard nothing back since. At this point I've accepted that I'll never see any form of replacement parts, but they won't be seeing any more orders from me. If you're reading this, I implore you to look elsewhere for minifigures.

As with other reviewers, paid for items, including express postage, and have received nothing. Have now alerted bank and will be reporting to Action Fraud.

Items arrived promptly and had no issues with the transaction

Purchased minifigures and not arrived, sent several emails with no response. Now having to speak to the bank for fraud, they take your money and don’t send the goods

Absolutely awful, they didn’t send the item. I emailed them and they said they were back logged however it never got sent. DO NOT BUY

The long and short is that I eventually received my order after four weeks.

When my estimated delivery date passed and it still hadn't been shipped I sent an email and received no response. A couple of days later I sent another email and received no response. I then tried live chat and received no response.

At that point I assumed I'd been scammed and was going to raise it with the credit card company at 30-days, however I then found their Facebook Page and sent a message there.

This time they did reply and said they were delayed and would try to ship it in the next day. It was finally shipped a week later and arrived about four weeks after I placed my initial order.

The thing is... if you just communicated with me from the start and told me it would take a while then I would have been understanding. But if you're running behind you have to actually tell people. And, in the very, very least, you have to reply to them!

From a post I saw on Facebook, it sounds like you still have a big backlog now (a month later). If that's the case, please stop taking new orders until you've caught up.

Ordered items for my grandsons birthday on 29/8/24. Told items would be delivered between 4-6 September. Now 9/9/2024 and grandson’s birthday. Spoke to someone today who said items would be dispatched tonight. But they haven’t been. Don’t recommend.

Update after one further phone call the order was finally delivered on 11/9/2024. The order was complete and my grandson was happy with the items. However
the customer service from this company was poor. They do not respond to emails, messenger messages or texts nor do they return phone calls when they say they will. I’d be reluctant to deal with them again.

Total scam. Never received anything - just let getting told postage would be delayed. Reported as fraud to my bank who’ve refunded me. Don’t touch with a barge pole!

I emailed on the 15/08/24 no reply
Emailed again on the 21/08/24 asking for proof of dispatch or a refund as I need to order the items elsewhere as they were for a birthday
Still no reply I have now requested a refund from my bank

Update: the order arrived and my son was happy with the figures. Unfortunately by this point I had got a refund from my bank so had to go through the process and hassle of reversing that. Could have all been avoided with better communication from the seller - I wouldn’t have minded delay if I’d been told upfront to expect delay / given a more relastic eta.

Placed an order on 4th August, they took my money but haven't dispatched the order (supposed to be delivered by 12th August). I've emailed them twice politely asking for an update and no reply but they responded to an online message on 25th August saying they had a backlog and order will be shipped soon. Well today is 7 September and I have received no dispatch notification, no tracking email, no response to my last message requesting an update and obviously no mini figures!

Save yourself the risk and hassle and buy elsewhere because you might end up like me paying money for nothing.
