No contact from customer service or anything. Ordered express delivery (1-3 days) . Ordered 21st Jan and still nothing.

Unable to get in touch with them - tried email, phone, Instagram. No response

Ordered 3rd December 2024, waited, chased, chased, chased, advised would be sent, didn't arrive, chased and chased, apologies and would be sent, still chasing on 9th January and despite saying would check still nothing arrived. (contact on Whatsapp) Can only assume it's a scam website, so disappointed and got a refund on my credit card but actually really wanted the minifigs, It is now 27th January and still nothing through

Ordered 9th of December still haven't received order or a refund! Tried to contact the company with absolutely contact or updates!

Will not use again!

I ordered, payment was sent and I had an email confirmation. Then communication has been non-existent. The item has long surpassed the advised delivery time frame. No response to my emails, calls and texts and can see many people on Facebook in the same situation. Avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service, you place an order and get no response for weeks, I won’t be ordering again, seen on their Facebook page people are waiting for months with little or no commmunication, no orders or refunds. terrible service!!

Placed an order on the 11th of December. Had one response since little before Christmas advising it would not arrive by Christmas but would be sent out the day after. Have sent plenty of emails since & had no response. So no figures and no return of the money paid. Advise steering clear of this place.

Why did I not read the reviews sooner?
Feel like an idiot, made the order on the 7th December for it to arrive before Christams and on the phone they assured me it was.
Still nothing, today is the 18th January. No more words needed.

Products looked great but this seems really odd: no comms, no product, no refund.

Absolute shambles. Currently going through my banking app to get my money back, because all they have done is take the mick!!! Zero communication or responses to my emails and calls, never ever ever use this place!!!!!

I have made an order on 16th December with 3 days fast delivery just to make sure I will receive the products before Christmas. 1 month later and after numerous emails, phone call and WhatsApp messages I still haven’t received my order nor my money back. Just awful experience with this online store.

It’s been 2-3 weeks since I placed an order and it still hasn’t been received. I’ve emailed them twice and they haven’t responded to either message, I’ve asked for a refund which still has not been received. I think this may be a scam.

Absolutely appalling shop. I have now been waiting six weeks for an order that is meant to deliver in 2-3 days. Contacted owner twice to enquire, twice he has promised he would re send next day delivery, and twice nothing turned up. He now does not reply to any messages, emails or phone calls from me, even to just process a refund. So he has my money and I have no goods. Am now trying to reclaim the payment with my bank.
I really strive to shop small, but no, this time backfired. AVOID!!

ok ok say you orderd a whole pack of minifigures and it said it will come in 1 to 3 working days and after 1 week your wondering if its here and at 7 weeks you are mad. thats the experience i went through. i have to say the minifigures were good but i waited for 7 whole weeks!

Absolutely disgraceful!! Ordered a few minifigures for my son using his own money 2 months ago still haven't received my order or any emails! I've tried multiple methods of contact but none have been successful. I've had to explain to my Autistic 6 year old who is obsessed with lego that some people aren't very good and just the people's money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could give no stars I would. Absolute scam, ordered on 23/12 and nothing arrived, contacted them via email, their Facebook page, their website chat and have had no response at all. They constantly update their Facebook to say refunds are on the way or products are on the way but it never materialises. I am now disputing my payments via my bank to get my money back.

Ordered late Nov, order confirmation received and silence since. Asked for update over Facebook group and no reply. AVOID.

Ordered two sets of Christmas presents on 6th December with payment taken - no communication until 23 December saying they won’t be sent out in time for Christmas and offering a refund.
Requested refund but no refund forthcoming and still hold my money I’ve paid them and they are not responding to messages. SCAM - DO NOT USE!!

Ordered 14/12 got a confirmation email, was due by 19/12.
23/12 got a call saying one out of the set I had bought were out of stock. Change one figure or refund, I changed. He said they would be delivered 24/12.
Posting this 12/1 I’ve messaged on messenger atleast 30 times,I’ve called around 15 times with no answer and texted.

I do not recommend this company, if you’ve ordered I suggest you get a refund. This was supposed to be a stocking filler for a 6 year old.

Ordered and paid for figures for my son on 30th Dec, paid for express delivery. Still no updates or figures. I've emailed several times, contacted through messenger but still no reply! Poor service.
