Please read the reviews on here. This company have taken the money and not sent the goods and there are a number of people like it. Please look on Facebook before buying. They must be sitting on a lot of people’s money. I personally have gone to trading standards.

Still waiting for my order since November and plenty in the same position.

Shambles of a company have been waiting since beginning of December they took 2 payments for the same order originally & then promised delivery before Christmas & after Boxing Day stay well clear

If I could give this company zero I would, paid for a Lego bundle, I got a confirmation email, nothing since there an absolute scam company, they don’t respond to messages or anything!!! Avoid these con men!!!!!!

It’s been 3 weeks and nothing

Ordered multiple mini figures on November 27th with a 3-5 day delivery and postage paid. Got a confirmation email. Nothing arrived and couldn’t get in contact with them. Finally got an app called Spaces by Wix downloaded and messaged them on that to see where my order was on 18th dec and I got a response that they had a crazy backlog with Xmas orders but promised it would be out for Xmas. I messaged again on 20th to ask if had been sent and then again on 23rd with no response.They messaged on 24th to apologise they hadn’t been able to fulfil my order and would send it out the first day after Xmas. I messaged back to say I really wasn’t happy as it was my little boys Xmas request but that I still wanted it. I have messaged 3rd,7th and 9th January and not getting any response. I have now put a dispute in with my bank and I wish I had seen these reviews first. Absolute shambles of a company and sheer greed if they actually haven’t been able to fulfil orders or if they even intended to send in the first place!!!

Terrible service all round, placed and order on 20th December next day delivery (£8 delivery charge), received order confirmation, but then nothing.
Tried calling/emailing/social media, but no response. Ended up having to put a dispute in with my bank to get a refund.
Wish I’d checked their Facebook page first, as I 100% wouldn’t have ordered with them if I’d seen all the comments from others in same position I ended up in.

Placed an order on 15th December. Website states 2-3 days despatch and they would email with tracking number. I have heard nothing from them- no email and have tried to text/email/whatsapp them with no reply. It seems from Facebook that I am not the only one with some people waiting months for their orders. I think those that have received orders are very happy with the products but super slow delivery can be excused if they just communicated to their customers. I understand it’s the festive period but I would avoid this company if you want to actually receive your order in an acceptable timeframe. I hope my order turns up soon or I’ll have to claim a refund through my bank.

Awful company! Placed an order n November 28th and got a confirmation email. Since then nothing no order has arrived! Tried emailing, messaging and phoning - nothing. The phone line just rings and rings. Customer service is non existent!
DO NOT USE!

Ordered early December - no communication since the order confirmation. Nothing has been dispatched or delivered, and they don’t reply to emails.

I just want my refund at this stage, but not feeling very hopeful. Kicking myself for not checking the Trustpilot reviews before ordering

Had a really good experience with them earlier this year so thought I would try them again and it was the worst customer service experience it took almost 3 months to get my order and I had to jump through many loops to find a way to contact them Facebook is the best if anyone is interested and after promises of the item being sent all the time not being met I finally received it 3 months earlier and they promised me a free figure as an apology I hadn't received it after two months so I put a review up and they told me I wouldn't get it unless I took my review down so I did and it's been 3 weeks no apology figure so I am putting a bad review up again

After many promises of getting my missing order sent, they have now blocked me completely from their FB page and I can't send them anymore messages, that was after I was told to not be so impatient.
So many other people have been affected by this fraudulent company which keep promising to fulfill all outstanding orders, going back as far as July.
A family member checked their FB page and there is a lot of unhappy people asking questions about their orders they have paid for and not received. Quite a lot of people have reported them for fraud and gone to their banks to claim a refund
Please avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered on the 8th of December, 10 days later and no sign of my order. Tried to contact them through their website, no response. Tried emailing them and that has been ignored too. I will be contacting trading standards and reporting them.

Terrible customer service. After no response from phone or text they promised multiple times through Facebook that my order was being despatched that day and tracking would follow. It was only after threatening multiple times to use charge back through my bank my order was despatched. All items were received but there were no instructions for the Mario kart racers.
This is a company that was clearly overwhelmed and was greedy to take orders that it would struggle to fulfil.

Sorry, don't like being negative but this was a bad deal all round. Order placed November 10th. No sign of order as of December 23rd. No reply to e-mail or messages. I can't decide if the whole set-up is a scam or just very, very inefficient/unlucky.
Anyway, in a word: avoid.

Has every appearance of a scam site. Ordered on 30/11/24 and despite promises that the item had been sent, it has never arrived. I therefore had to put the purchase in dispute with my credit card company.

Beginning to suspect that this is a scam site. Ordered 15th Nov and it is now 21st Dec. No order. No tracking. No dispatch confirmation. No communication from seller at all. I've been trying to contact them for weeks with no response. Just several posts on their Facebook page saying the backlog has been cleared, which obviously isn't true since every post has tonnes of comments from people who haven't received their order. Avoid.

Definitely a scam site. Did have one reply from a text message to say goods would be sent out but still not arrived. My bank has issued a refund. No not believe any of the positive reviews.

Ordered 7th December it’s now 19th December, no show of the order, no communication from the Seller. I’ve sent loads of emails with no reply! Finally got a one line reply to my request to Cancel and Refund order, saying would be arranged now, well over 24 hours later still nothing and No replies to my further emails. This has now been passed to my Credit Card Issuer to resolve as feel it’s a scam now.
Like the others advise, please ignore the positive reviews as probably fake like the Site.

I ordered on 8th December and was informed that my order had shipped on 11th. I got a bit nervous on the 16th after reading the bad reviews here and emailed them twice. No response. However, today the figures arrived and are great. This is not a scam site but they clearly need to get better at communicating

It took a little longer than I expected for the order to arrive, but apart from that, no problems. It is not a scam site as what I ordered was delivered.

IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! They must be fake as I have had the same experience as others. Ordered Dec 1st, no sign of the order 10 days later so emailed and given short "we have a backlog. Order will be posted in next two days" response. It's now the 18th Dec and no sign of the order and no further info or responses from the seller. Appears to be a scam site
