2 years on the masonry paint i bought off them via amazon has completely worn off the house walls, i had a profesional painter do the job so all prep work done correctly. the paint for the shed roof has all peeled off and it stated on the details for metal , again all prep work done, a total waste of money all round.

I ordered 40 ltr of dark grey fence paint over 3 years ago from this company but I've only just used it.
I am absolutely delighted with this paint.Easily applied with brush and sprayer and one coat was all my fence needed. As i said,3 years it's been in my garage but still great paint.

Ordered paint spray gun in April!!!!! Still waiting, emails bounce back. Still waiting on refund. Phone unanswered

Sent for paint Sprayer over a Month ago and still not Arrived,sent email after email with no REPLY even rang them .Would not Buy from this Company very UNPROFESSIONAL STAY CLEAR

Ordered and payed for a paint sprayer 16/4/25 Email arrived to confirm order and payment same day. Have not received product or email to say when product will be delivered. I have emailed several times, first email undelivered despite using address on website as instructed. Searched for another email address , email delivered but no response. Tried ringing several times today, phone always busy so left messages to be rung back , still no reply. Will be visiting warehouse this weekend to demand money back . Bet there’s no such place !! Absolutely disgraceful .

Total scam! Do not buy anything from these. Took my money, had to submit a chargeback and they don't reply to emails.

my husband made an order on 15th April by express delivery , the order was not delivered and has since asked for a refund as obviously it is no longer needed, he has emailed for a refund on 22nd April to ask where the order was to which you responded with sorry you are busy and if he prefers not to wait he could have a refund. He requested this on 23rd but is yet to receive this, he contacted you again on 2nd May with no response??

I purchased a paint sprayer back in April the 7th its now a month and nothing arrived, I emailed and asked for a refund as I had to purchase another, they have not answered my last email which i sent 25th of April, I'm so disappointed with this company, I bought off Facebook on a impulse buy, I wish I had read reviews as see others being treated much the same, it's strange how they can comment on bad re iews but not reply to my emails, no common decency it seems.

Would give a zero but have no option but to give one star. Ordered over weeks ago. No paint sprayer. Repeated emails requesting for a refund. No refund and not replying to emails. Hoped it wasn't a scam but guessing it. Do not buy. Didn't mention Facebook and you replied with Facebook and ordered through your website and still waiting for refund

I purchased paint from uk paint online, was so happy with the colour and the quality of the paint. Good service and quick delivery. Will definitely be purchasing more in future.

Phoned to ask if could colour match 3 lots of paint, was assured they could, placed order, colour were way off what they were supposed to match to. Phoned to advise, initially offered to send for them to be collected then would refund, then completely back tracked and washed their hands of their error. Avoid trusting with your colour matching! Was much more than a shade out, they were completely different colours, I have photos!
