Richard the engineer
who did the service was friendly and efficient. He installed a new cover on the outside unit using a safe ladder.
He remembered me from a previous visit which was nice !

Richard was really helpful and gave clear instructions on how to use and configure the alarm system.

5*s mainly reflects the general friendliness & helpfulness of the engineers - Richard most recently - during annual routine maintenance visits. I've been with PROSEC about 12 years and, at times, I found the admin to be woeful but it's been much improved (in fact, no real probs) during the last 5 or so years. I guess the proof of the pudding would come in the event of an emergency call out but, obviously, I hope that's not necessary.

I inherited an Alarm system without any code or instruction for use. I made an appointment for an engineer to call and check it out. Tony attended on the given day and even telephoned to say he could call a bit earlier if I was at home. He got the alarm up and running and identified all the different zones for me. He also fitted a new Pet PIR so that the dog could still roam in her given area whist we are out. Initially had a slight problem with this PIR but no issue for UKPROSEC who arranged for Tony to make a 2nd visit. He sorted the problem very quickly and the system has been in good working order since. Very efficient service from start to finish and Tony was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable with regards the system.

Service was carried out by the same guy who has been carrying out our service for a number of years. He has a pleasant friendly manner and carrys out the work efficiently.

The engineer who came was very polite,friendly and professional.

Excellent service from start to finish. Received a quotation for part 1of the work required within an hour of enquiry. Work then carried out by Tony Nickleson who extremely efficient and friendly.
The first part of the installation completed satisfactorily and we asked for further work to be carried out, Tony arranged for Richard to send a further Quote which we received again with in the hour. The further installation work was carried out again by Tony.
The final installation work was then completed and we went on line to the call centres.
Extremely happy with all the work and the service from UKProsec from start to finish.
Look forward to see Tony when we next need him for servicing the system.

I have used Prosec for about 15 years and have always found the technical service excellent . However this year the difficulty encountered in booking and confirming an appointment proved to be almost insurmountable. Bookings were lost or changed sometimes on the appointed day. The whole process proved to be a great disappointment. Matters were eventually resolved but only through the direct involvement of the engineer concerned .

Good company to deal with. Annual checks always carried out to schedule with no pressure to upgrade or renew system.

Original appointment was not held ,but was impress with the second appointment and the regular engineer. Gave a great service.
