Second time using UK Rapid Removals and the service was fabulous, very professional, on time and even did some last minute requests to move/pick up additional furniture from two separate addresses. So reasonably priced and nothing damaged.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jazz for arranging the move (and very short notice as we exchanged on Wednesday and completed 2 days later) and dealing with the brilliant Stephen, Gary, Tyler and Shane who moved us. Nothing was too much trouble, they were hard working, explained everything, waiting for our key exchange, no fuss, really nice and friendly guys - and seemed genuinely happy for us and interested in our move. Can't recommend this company enough! So reasonable and professional. Thanks!

Dan and all the staff of UK Rapid Removals were absolutely first class. The day before our removal date Daisy arrived and was an absolute God send on clearing and packing our whole kitchen. What a relief to have somebody so polite and efficient. on the morning of our move all boys turned up on time and soon had all our belongings carefully and efficiently packed and on their van. If you are thinking of moving house in the near future we would highly recommend you choose UK Rapid Removals.

My husband and myself decided to book Rapid removals following a visit for their director Daniel. We immediately had a good rapport with Daniel and so decided to choose them. We also had short notice, having exchanged a week between the moving date.
From the first contact with Daniel, through to the girls on the telephone, the service was excellent! Nothing was any trouble and everyone went that ‘extra mile’ to help.
On the moving day, Daniel arrived with 5 other guys, he took the time to introduce us before getting stuck in!
Daniel and the guys were all fantastic, they all had an amazing working relationship and were all so polite and helpful, again always going that ‘extra mile’. It wasn’t just my husband and I that noticed this; the previous owner of our new home and our close friend who was helping, both commented on how fantastic all the guys were.
A fantastic removal company who not only provide an excellent service but also give that ‘personal touch’ and exceed your expectations.

We used Uk rapid removals for our recent move and can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better service. From the quote visit and follow up through to the actual move everything was handled really professionally and with friendly helpful people at every stage.
The moving team on the day were brilliant. Our move was quite a distance and everything was taken care of with ease and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a removals service.

Used UK Rapid Removals for our recent move and they were brilliant from first contact to end of move.
One of my initial reasons for choosing to go with the team is because of the communication with Daisy who answered all of my questions.
When visited for the survey it was conducted in a professional manner and as long as you are transparent with what you have to move the team will come up with the best options to do this.
On move day the team worked hard and at speed, it was quite a warm day but we were impressed with how quickly they got everything packed and ready to go.
All items moved into the new house without any issues and much quicker than anticipated.
They may not be the cheapest quote you will receive but their service is excellent and they ensure your belongings are kept safe, so worth every penny.

I contacted UKRR in the spring to facilitate our move, along with several other companies. I found that their price and customer service were one of the best.
We haven't moved for a very long time, and the staff in the office were always friendly and informative. They were also very patient with the amount of times we had to change our moving date due to circumstances in our chain. There was never the feeling that we were causing problems and they were always very pleasant.
We had 5 packers the day before the move, all very amiable and helpful. By early afternoon we were surrounded by boxes, ready for the move the next day. One issue was that garment boxes hadn't been ordered, miscommunication, but this was quickly resolved by the team.
On moving day the team arrived at the appointed time, were quick, efficient and careful with all our precious goods, and we were in our new home by mid afternoon.
The team, led by Daniel, were always friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you to all at UKRR for making what was an emotional move, much easier than we expected.

Brilliant service from getting the quote to the day of the move, they came on time, they were quick, efficient and careful with my belongings. I'd definitely recommend them.

From start to finish this was an incredible level of service.
It started with Daisy visiting to provide a quote and run through the service, and later providing different quotes based on different service options, and then booking.
On moving day the guys turned up on time, were quick, organised, polite and respectful of our stuff and surroundings.
Unloading was just as smoothe.
The whole process was flawless.
I absolutely recommend anyone moving to use this company.

Absolutely brilliant level of service from start to finish. From quotation to booking and even the guys on the day everything was well organised and professionally run. Thank you so much, it all made a stressful situation so much simpler.

Team loading and unloading were polite and helpful
Director who completed the survey under estimated the quantity that we had to move, my wife who showed him around had clearly indicated that all storage items and the loft were very full.
On removal day we were then charged for an extra vehicle and mover. (total of 3 vans and 5 movers)
One item of furniture was dropped dented and damaged (we received a small (sufficient) refund for this).
I overheard the Director tell the team to use minimum blankets as they were required for another job which I didn't think much of at the time, I assumed they would use enough.

On arrival at destination we only had 4 movers (not the 5 we had now been charged for).
One vehicle (boxes) and items in the other were not secured properly (a glass display cabinet was literally hanging loose over the back of the vehicle, amazing it wasn't smashed.
In the vehicle with boxes they could not force the door open and were forced to use inertia and brake hard to clear boxes from the door.
Overall between the lack of blankets and poor securing of items it has resulted in scrapes to various furniture items and a number of plastic storage boxes (6 noticed so far) have cracks on lids (a couple on the boxes themselves).

So in summary; despite completing an on site survey we were charged extra for an additional vehicle and mover - we were charged "at cost" for this additional vehicle.
We got one less mover than we were charged for on unloading.
Items of furniture and plastic storage boxes were damaged.
The moving team themselves were polite and helpful.

From start to finish Rapid Removals gave a 5 star service. Daisy and Jazz in the office had great communication and helpful information throughout. The 3 removals guys on the day were super efficient and diligent. They really removed all the stress from the day! I would certainly recommend and use again in the future! Thank you Rapid Removals!

Outstanding! The team were absolutely amazing, so a huge thanks to Dan, Shannon, Dave and Raj. Gents arrived on time, moved everything with care and were an absolute pleasure to deal with too. Highly recommend and their prices are also very competitive. Wouldn’t use anyone else now.
