Well priced and a good choice of stock, was quick to reply to issues with delivery. Could do with a bit more customer information on delivery time and reason for failures, but that is the delivery companies failure and not uk septic tanks.

OK bit difficulty getting through on the phone,ie no answer sent an email good response wanted to speak to someone a bit difficulty. Apparently phone problems?kinda feel someone should be available to talk to! When I got them very helpful and the speed of service excellent,the courier company were perfect to deal with and did exactly what they said they would.Fast efficient service.Well packaged item,good enough distribution box for the money! Not heavy duty but if fitted correctly will work fine.All in all proffessional company.

I made a mistake on specifying the height of a distribution chamber. I needed an extra riser and Jonathon pulled out all the stops to expedite a speedy delivery. Really well done.

I talked to many companies and when I called ukseptictanks I spoke with Jonathon. He was brilliant. Extremely knowledgable and directs you in the way that is needed for your specific needs. I can’t stress how helpful he was breaking each bit down. He has been available to help all the way through the process even when I was installing the waste treatment plant and even after including the sign off. I would highly recommend speaking with him to get things right first time. The delivery was very quick also. So yea 5 stars from me and very happy.

Very poor communication would give zero rating, still awaiting delivery, and phone response from the manager!!! Would not use this company again.

I was awaiting the delivery even after paying a large amount of for one small plastic item. It was sorted personally by Jonathan after a week of waiting.
Shipping cost was refunded which I find very rare these days that anybody takes responsibility, so I applaud him for taking positive action.
If they can sort out their delivery issues, it will be a great place to source drainage items in future.

Very poor. Delivery did not turn up when arranged, promises to get it delivered not met. I still do not have anything of what I ordered. It has it had cost substantial money for hire equipment lying idol and a big waste of time over a three day weekend

The product was advertised as in stock. I have heard nothing since initial receipt of order and have no idea on availability or delivery.-
