The surveyor service was excellent! It took around 4 hours for the inspection of my new build house and it was very efficient. The surveyor was professional and look into every detail around the property for defects. He was also patient and friendly to explain the defects for us. Moreover, the snagging report was received just after a few days of inspection, which allowed me for a prompt follow-up on the property.

Overall, I strongly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for survey and snagging service.

I was generally happy with the overall condition and there were no major issues, but honestly, the level of detail and the time spent were far beyond my expectations, the inspection took a full 6 hours.
