Had an issue with the delivery (courier delivered to the wrong address) the guys at UK Stairparts chased the delivery company and got the parts to the correct address. They even rang to check the delivery had been successful.

Received the handrails within the time scale given when I ordered. What made it better was when I contacted them and said that because I had removed the old handrails for decorating and my wife was struggling getting up the stairs, Dave expedited the delivery so that I got it the next day. I had problems with the screws and Dave sent me a new pack of screws.
