Great quality and service.
These guys have a great range of options, they were very helpful when I needed to change my order the morning after I placed it, the guy who delivered was nice, and most important of all the quality of the oak handrails and pine spindles was excellent.

Only downside side is the hardware, the screws supplied heads just rounded off, swapping these out for my Screwfix silver ones did the
trick.

As you know, the screws are supplied alongside the handrail brackets, which are fabulous quality, however, we have had isolated comments regarding the quality of the screws.
