Generally Good But.....
We ordered two oak handrails and newel caps, delivered fairly promptly and extremely well packaged/transit protected. Although parts quality is good, we feel that the two rails in terms of grain and shade could have been better matched.

Good quaility and service
The gentleman I spoke with was very helpfull. All the parts I ordered are very good quality and arrived in very good condition, mainly becaue they had been protected extemely well with cardboard and plastic wrap. However I would not reccomend the shipping company, the driver left everthing on next door's drive in the rain..
