Contracted myself into the service this…

Contracted myself into the service this afternoon not knowing prior I would need to download an app to utilise the exorbitant service paid to access it(just giving any prospective customers a warning notification 💯) & now very concerned I may not access the service I specifically paid & signed up for ie reoccurring DD etc.

I’m a extremely vulnerable female of a certain age now & also was the sole Narcissistic Supply Victim survivor to a manipulative toxic NPD hellbent on destroying myself for selfish personal abuse reasons to the point of exploitative perpetual pathological lies, false smear campaign & the cruel Parental Alienation from my only God gifted child(since 2017). Due to my original landlord couple’s passing I have to quid the rental residence of 13 years by 18th December 2025 knowing I will have no access to shelter nor a bed to sleep tomorrow night(18th December 2025),

My current device is refurbished eBay purchases(not connected) & thus unable to access nor utilise any apps of any kind so it is very unfortunate & frustrating to find that I may be unable to access the storage facility I just signed up to prior to knowing beforehand 💯:(

Update : Thursday, 18th December 2025

Wholly regret giving them my custom in what was an emergency situation for myself(notice to quit current premises 18th December 2025 as I feel it is a service biz based on exploitation if their customer support is anything to go by.

Paid for storage yesterday 17th including a dd reoccurring mandate only to find the customer service team(during office hours, naturally) have completed ignored my repeated personal request pleas ie emails to access the storage in time(pre booked a limited time booked man & van business specifically only. Arrived shortly sometime after 18:00 ie prior to the 19:00 closing time to find it completely shut without access to the storage facility booked. It is also fortunate that the kind gentlemen removal team & cleaning contractor Simon was able to help us out with out of office numbers & also by calling on my behave ie I don’t have access to a device to call nor takes calls; mini device is literally a camera & when I can get Wi-Fi access via an indoor permitted dwelling ie eBay refurbished device sans SIM card etc.).

The chap I spoken to via out of office hours mentioned something about 24 hours access or 7 hours access(I foolishly assumed as I recall personally how shocked I was with storage rate charges - never had the inclination to use them before yet in an emergency situation… desperate needs etc. it was 24 hours at the rate paid yesterday). A request was made to look at the contract yet having checked UKStorage have yet to send & forward me one just a one page invoice yesterday 💯 To cut a long story short zero access tonight at all 💯😳

This seems to be a business service based on exploitation especially with the exorbitant price rates for storage & the absolute minimum letting time(let’s put it this way I couldn’t own , create nor represent such a business model as this specific uk 🇬🇧 based one as the internal moral compass wouldn’t allow me to profit from vulnerability of any kind - as a extremely vulnerable female myself I’m only too aware of the exploitative abuse times in society in England, alone 💯).

Now I feel trapped with a noose around my neck for committing to this specific exploitative storage service biz designed for huge huge profitable gains on one specific vulnerable customer, alone. I hoping my situation lightens soon as I, personally can’t afford to store all the contents of 13 years there & you can bet this is just the sort of exploitative business that would hound you for late fee charges etc. not to mention hefty extra extortionate rate charges 💯😳

Existed(certainly not lived & certainly zero real tangible memorable moments 💯🦀🤰🏻) & the local born & raised father I briefly spoke to in the park near Cranleigh Gardens prior pre global pandemic was spot on about locals not being friendly 💯 Since relocating here with the enemy(covert emotional trauma abuse NPD)in 2013 I feel the entire residency resembles felt like a prison sentence especially with cptsd I exist in & of course not been heard, seen, acknowledged nor supported as the sole Narcissistic Supply victim trauma survivor we are💯

Never felt more broken than I do today - I exist as an extremely vulnerable fifty something today with the deepest distrust for obvious reasons(a good character is everything, just saying)💯

Moral of the story : really connect, love & appreciate yourself enough(I didn’t 😳💯)to be aware of 🚩 red flag 🚩 behaviour signposts to not attract a certain toxic manipulative selfish type take advantage. Boundaries are everything 💯🦀🤰🏻🤱🏻

Visited the storage unit this evening to find my stuff had been intercepted

Quick, efficient and safe

Great experience using this company. Very fair pricing, all of our items were moved in within a day of signing up online. The premises are tidy, clean and secure and the staff are very friendly
