Terrible company
Terrible company and I would not recommend. Two good things to start: the unit was dry. The staff were friendly.
Everything else was awful. Every single step of the process was riddled with errors and mistakes, from the very first quote to handing back the unit when finished. Every person I spoke to gave me conflicting information, they were unable to get my details correct causing payment issues from the outset.
If you’re planning on using this company while doing something else stressful in your life (like moving house) then avoid.

I arranged new storage in October with great discount and saving , I didn’t need it to start till December, had to rearrange it for January and they was very accommodating and moving my start date and keeping my discounts, very helpful and pleasant staff all willing to help every time I called, I didn’t need the storage in the end but I would recommend to any needing to use this company as it was amazing and so easy to do

Fantastic Storage Solution – Would Use Again

Awful customer service even the management are manipulative and corrupt.
Awful company to deal with had 5 units there and a family member had 1 I moved out after many issues and moved to a much better storage unit near by.
A family member who gave them notice to move out is still being billed to
This day 3 months on she left it completely empty in August someone and they said they checked it on the 22nd and someone had put a lock in it.
How is thather fault if someone else has occupied the unit after she moved out emptying the full thing.
If they opened it they would see it was empty unless someone had moved into the unit with there stuff after she left.
Most awful customer service friend was offered discount as a gesture of goodwill after having lots of issues which they then refused to give him afterter months saying it was never offered untill he literally found the video that captured there lying customer service manger Debbie saying it on the phone. Proving all there lies.
Awful company since it was sold from the original family.
