Broken metro tiles
Metro tiles arrived on a palette with multiple breakages in almost every box. The company sent out a replacement batch quickly, but not enough to replace the whole order and we had to pick through the broken boxes to make sure we could salvage enough for our job. Not really good enough.

Default tile supplier.
A real find. Supplied the tiles I needed at a fifth (really!) of the price Topps Tiles were asking, charged a nominal sum for delivery and got them to me within a couple of days, securely packaged and 100% intact. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic service and quality
I ordered a sample which arrived within two days, then placed actual order which also arrived within two days. Amazing service and great quality products. Communication was excellent too. I'm very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.
