Everything that I ordered came through but one issue that I got is that my package got two big dents on the side of it in which I know it’s the delivery’s problem and not the supplier’s but still it is something that has to be mentioned. On the other hand everything else was good.

I have only gave one star has I have had no comformation no email to say when 4 ton trolley jack would be coming order number23941 I have rang you messaged you and sent two emails which have all failed to get a response would you please send my comformation to email thank you

Very happy with the 4 ton jack i bought from UK Tools Shop.
Previously I rated 1 star because the jack wasn't delivered on time, but that wasn't their fault. It was the DPD fault.
They had damaged it and returned it back to UK Tools Shop.
They sent me a new one. I contacted them and they did reply to me very quickly and explained what had happened. Overall I would be very happy to buy again from this seller.

Item as described only problem i had was condition of box when it arrived looked like it had been through a war zone luckily item was built sturdy and nothing was missing.
