This company misrepresents themselves as the official government website for obtaining the visa. Nowhere do they state they are a third party site. Further, they overcharge for what you can get significantly cheaper from the government site. They are a scam, avoid them!

This site is a complete rip off. Don't use it! They charge you $119 to obtain what you can get through the UK Gov for $27 with the same amount of time. Their customer service is terrible and often their emails go to SPAM. Then they fight you at every step of the way. Companies like this who screw their customers should not be allowed in the market.

This site is a total scam
In my opinion, this site is a scam. They presented themselves in a way that misled me to think they are the official UK government website for travel authorization applications, and they bought Google ads to put them first in the search results. It was impossible for me to realize they are not the official site until after rendering payment, and even then you'd have to go digging through the very fine print. They charged me 5 times or more what the official government portal does to get the travel authorization! And they do not appear to do anything other than transmit your basic information to the government portal, there is 0 service to actually provide! This feels like a total scam by a private party that also captures your personal information from your passport and could do who knows what with it. Beware!

Got my visas but they way overcharged me. I thought they were the official government site in my haste to get my ETA but they weren't. Like I said got my ETAs and they are official just really mad at myself for paying as much as I did. Just very disappointed in myself and falling for a company like this.

Complete scam, they will charge you 100 dollars extra for processing. I didn't believe the UK government would allow a fake site to stay up.
