Having shopped around for the best price, we decidied to take a chance and go with the cheapest quotation. We were not disappointed, we received constant feedback from template to installation. The worktops were installed without any problems and look stunning.
The fitters were great and nothing was to much trouble.

I would highly recommend using this company.

I love my worktop - a couple of years down the line, it is still in great condition.. the grout is a bit discouloured.. but I suppose I cant do much about that.

Delivered when they said they would and the fitters were efficient and friendly.

Product is good. Pre and post service awful.
The 2 fitters left the job and thank goodness my builders were on site to help fit the worktop.
The measures the template and it was incorrect. The final finish looked awful and the 2 fitters when challenged asked off the job and sat in the van.
I called the office and was told it was my fault as if signed off the template??!!
I wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole.

Very pleased with the whole experience. The workmen on the day were excellent. It was quite a complicated installation.

Top work and very accomodating. We are very pleased with the final look.

Nice worktops. Just a little issue with the way the worktop angles away from the wall so water runs to the edge rather than towards the splashback. Not an issue if you keep wiping it away during pot washing. The price was really good.

Cut the work top for the wrong hand sink
We had no water for 2 weeks operations manager did not care just blamed us for ordering a sink they never used and gave 2 options of take something we did not want or like or wait 5 days
5 days turned into 2 weeks as the second replacement sink arrived broken
Fitters did not arrive when agreed as the operations manager sent them to a more important job even though I had paid for a plumber to be there to meet them
The operations manager was an absolute jobs worth did not offer any compensation just crap work top off cuts which they must throw away and had no sympathy as we had to eat out or around friends as we had no kitchen
Spoke to someone else about his attitude and my costs to which they agreed to send me some items for the kitchen which never materialised just some tea and coffee pots
I have made sure anyone I have spoken to including purchasing managers for the developers I deal with never to use uk worktops/Roann as the whole ordeal seems to be my fault and they hav never reimbursed or taken responsibility for there managers lack of ownership or accountability of the issues he had caused

I have used or recommended roann many times for myself, friends, family and for my business and have always been both satisfied and got a competitive price. Particularly compared to competitors in the Surrey area

Great quartz worktop at a fantastic price! The sales team were helpful, but not pushy, and the fitters did a fantastic job installing the worktop. The kitchen looks fantastic! Overall, a great experience.
