Not good enough
I have a Ulefone Note 16 Pro. It's just problematic in small but annoying ways. Calls through Bluetooth always drop out. Bluetooth connection with watch always fails and has to go through the whole pairing set up process almost daily. Some apps just don't work. The phone is often slow and I have to wait for it to respond. Battery life hasn't lasted nearly as well as my previous phones.
Have had Xiaomi and Oppo in the past and will go back to those in future.

I got sold a faulty product and they wanted me to buy a new one as a replacement. When warranty and consumer rights act would dictate they send the very small part to fix issues
Edit they did manage to make it right

I am on my third ulefone
I am on my third ulefone. Bought an Armour 13, Armour 12 and now an X31 Pro. The Armor 13 battery no longer holds a charge for more than a few hours. I use it as a security camera constantly on a charger. The Armory 12 is still going but does need changing daily.
The X 31 Pro was bought to replace my Nokia XR21. I'm back to using the XR21 because the X31 does not work properly as a dual Sim phone. In fact, none of the Ulefones work properly as a dual SIM. The X31 would not even make calls or send texts on the second SIM without constant reboots which just got too frustrating.
The rest of the phone is actually ok, camera, ruggedness etc is good. Android 14 works fine but didn't always link back to my Meta Raybans Glasses as they should. I changed from the Nokia because it's version of Android 14 just didn't work with the Meta glasses at all. I eventually got Nokia to actually admit to this problem after sending it back.
Overall, Ulefone is cheaper, so expect a lesser overall experience.

Don't trust this company
This company needs to be busted.
They think they selling chicken to customers I had the most disgraced experience with them all they know is "Sorry to course you trouble "
I purchased armour Mini 20 it's faulty speakers the first night a set my alarm did go off but I didn't ear I went late for work ,then I receive my first call and I couldn't ear anything from the earphone . I send them email they ask me to use another phone to video the problem I did that . After days they reckon didn't receive any video i resend it again telling me their engineer have assessed the problem then finally said that I have a software problem then finally they said they will replace it but on my expense of $100 American dollars which they will be refunded to me once everything goes well .
I suggest not to buy anything from them I learn my lesson just buy from a normal shop they won't ask any questions they see the problem and they replace it.
I repeat to all of you i lost 550 Australian dollars. The phone is probably assembled in a garage or rise farm near Shenzen .
They will never be a super power they can only cook Chinese food nothing else .

Ulefone parts
Good costumer service when tracking down spares. Very helpful and quick to reply.
The phone I have is quirky but I love it - a Ulefone 28 ultra.

Vindictive company when receiving feedback
Vindictive company who will not tolerate any review containing any accurate / reallistic feedback associated with their products if not wholly positive.
I have been customer of Ulefone for many years and have enjoyed many of their products however when I questioned the price considering some of the limitations of their Armor 28 Ultra smartfone on a social media platform, they blocked me so that would be purchasers wouldn't be able to see this feedback - they have therefore become an unscrupulous company and now only appear to care about selling overpriced products - the complete opposite of their original customer proposition.

Excellent customer service and great products
Very good products, exactly as described on their website.
Excellent customer service as well. Initially there was a mix-up with my shipping number, so my phone was sent back to the original warehouse. Ulefone.com was very quick to respond to my email and immediately sent another phone which arrived within 2 weeks.

Good products
Even I was suspicious at the beginning about the brand and products, I decided to try one phone. I started with Armor 23, returned after few days. Low camera capabilities, no great performance. After that, I bought the Armor 25T. A great phone, I truly recommend. Balanced performance, good thermal camera, very nice pictures, great night vision pictures. I used it more than 8 months w/o any problems. After that I have just bought Armor 28, interested in specifications. It is very expensive and , having for almost a week now, I can say is overrated. Good components, still to be improved in performance. But even with this, it is a quality phone and if you can manage the almost half a kg, maybe it deserve...when the price will be also half. I always buy the phones from local dealers to avoid service delays or problems having 2 years guarantee. Previously, I was a fan of CAT phones. CAT is dead, now I read a lot to change the provider and the only options for me were Sonim or Ulefone. Sonim is also a great company with the greatest custom service but the phone are still far behind regarding performance..so I found Ulefone more updated on this aspect with good reviews and good phones.

Purchase a Armor 23 Ultra and the phone…
Purchase a Armor 23 Ultra and the phone is riddled with problems such as wireless charging does not work and one of the carriers call waiting feature will not work and the phone is just glitchy. Ulefone does not stand behind their phones and will not replace or give me my money back. They want me to send my phone back first the China and go weeks without a phone! That is the poorest customer service I have ever seen and they will not do anything else to help me. I paid over $400 for this phone and it is worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!
In response to Ulefone as stated Ulefone wants the phone back first and you are the only phone sales I have seen that wants the phone back first and your comment about reading the warranty is your way of not standing behind your phone. Nobody ever reads that.

Mine is already more than 3 years old. Fabulous battery life! The rest also works perfectly well.
No regrets from me whatsoever.
Thank you!

I have recently purchased a Ulefone armor 21 and i had a problem. Tried to contact them but nothing. Tried to find a solution in Internet forums and tried something risky that put the sitution even worse and in loop without starting. Tried again the support email yesterday and today in the morning and nothing yet.
Update 28/02: They finally responded and they seem polite, but the problem is not yet resolved.
Update 3/03: I´m still waiting and nothing, only one request, already 1-2 mails sent, no answers.
Update 3/03: Situation Resolved.

Update no5
Hey thank u for replying to my review about 4 months ago (update no 4)
I actually do NOT need to go into settings to enable "do not disturb" mode...
I simply have to scroll down from the top of the screen to enable "do not disturb"
Which appears in a black colored icon...
N once I've tapped the black icon,,, it then turns blue👍
And enables "do not disturb" mode....( N then ltr on my joke of a fone bleeps cos ive got a new msg)
Eg do not disturb mode does not work!!!
Has Ur research n development " team not noticed either of the above???
No thats correct... because not only ur fones utter crap/ ur reviews utter crap/ customer services r utter crap n then u send me a teaching lesson on how to turn on "do not disturb "
Seriously you r joking yes???
Ive had mobile fones since Nokia began,,,n about 6 different fone manufacturers since then...
in about 2011...
All of them were better than ur utter crap device/s...
Pls do not insult my intelligence...
Ur fones r beyond garbage...
There absolutely crap...
As is ur customer services+ research m development team...
Good bye...
Im not interested in your 3 months ltr customer services nor your utterly crap fones...
Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money my latest phone is buggy needs to be restarted several times a day junklefone.
My previous ulefone the battery failed I purchased a 3rd assuming an honest company would deal with it under warranty unfortunately the warranty is a joke!!!
My first ulefone was excellent unfortunately poor products poorcustomer service
Note ulefones response to this issue isn't the first response. An offer to deal with the issue was offered with a caveat to pay for the return UK to China with further caveats of what was excluded.
I wrote the phone off with the damaged battery the ulefone that is buggy is still buggy and needs to be restarted several times a day.
In the ulefone reply no reference to how to communicate with them was left as before so when I last reached out which was the second time it was a waste of time.
So I gave in then!!
