The delivery was fast

The delivery was fast, considering it came all the way from Spain. Wasn't aware of this until they sent me the tracking. Wouldn't have minded that so much, except the Grumpy camel game came in Spanish. The box down to the very instructions. So as I couldn't find the game instructions online, I am going to have to sit with Google translate to be able to explain the rules to my grandson...

Thanks for your review. Sad to hear about the experience with the game. I see that the description is missing on this product, which is why you did not receive any notification about the game being in Spanish (and not in English or Danish). We will look into this asap.

However, please do contact Customer Service asap, as we will refund you for the game, as this is obviously not your mistake.

Happy

I have only bought one item from this company but I would certainly use them again , the item was delivered quickly and the price was very good. Looking forward to dealing with them again

It’s absolutely Scam and support…

It’s absolutely Scam and support customers Lady she not helping at all and I think I lost my money what is the order of the lady she’s absolutely for Deculus useless for I need my money back I need somebody contacting me now I been waiting over 3 months now for my order and TNT contact them and say they waiting for more paperwork I send over 10 emails no answer i’m fuming

We’re deeply sorry that your order was not delivered, however mistakes do happen and after we’ve noticed that there is a delay in shipment we’ve contacted the carrier on your behalf to investigate the issue.

TNT admitted that unfortunately there was an operative mistake in their logistics chains resulted the order to be returned to our premises.

As you know once we received this update from the carrier, your purchase has been reimbursed back to your card straight away (May 17).

However we both know that the statement about 3 months and a lack of response is a pure exaggeration from your part to say the least, as the order in question was placed mid April and you were in contact with our support team all the way to figure out what went wrong, never ignoring your messages.

Amazing quality

First of all my makeup fridge arrived 2days before the date amazing second I love the eco package .

Good service

Horrible customer service!

Thanks for reaching out.
In case of breakage or damage during shipping, you have 48 hours to communicate the incident.
Please attach the following documentation:
- photo of the outside of the box (sent);
- photo of the courier's label (sent);
- photo of the inside of the box with the product and protectors (sent);
- photo of the damaged or broken product (sent);
- photo or copy of the delivery invoice attached to the parcel
(delivery note with the list of products and stamps);

I provided all of this information to Ulla Kulla on the same day, well within the 48 hours. At no point was I told to contact the courier directly (refer to e-mail above). I had no way of contacting the courier anyway as shipping was included within the cost of the shelf. So I'm not a customer of the courier, Ulla Kulla is.

I ordered a metal shelf from Ulla Kulla. The shelf arrived late and severely damaged (literally crushed as if a car had run over it). I wasn't home and the delivery company left it by my back door in a horrible condition - upside down with the legs sticking out out of the box, etc. I notified Ulla Kulla immediately. I was requested to send photos and all sorts of documentation. I provided everything requested immediately and well within the stated 48 hours. Ulla Kulla then said they were liaising with the courier. They refused to issue a refund or organise a new shelf to be delivered without liaising with the courier. I chased weekly for nearly two months. I just received an update saying that the invesitagations couldn't be confirmed and then they had the audacity to state:

"Please note that in the event of incidents when signing the delivery document (or the impossibility to sign it) in the case of orders with visible damage, it will be necessary for you to notify the transport agency within 48 hours from the delivery so that your claim can be processed."

WHAT!?!?! That's what I did through them? Horrible customer service and now I'm short £200 and no shelf. Avoid this company like the plague!

We've checked your correspondence with our Customer Service -team and I see that in your first ticket you mentioned the following:
"I wasn't home and the box was left outside my home..."
However after checking with TNT they provided us with a proof of delivery that did was signed and we duly presented it to you.

After you pointed out that you believed the signature was forged, we started an investigation with TNT on your behalf.
It is understandable that such investigation takes time to process and is not performed immediately, sadly.

Regarding the timeframes, I see that you have submitted the affidavit documentation to our representatives on April 12th and it was forwarded to TNT the same day.
Standard delay for such investigation according to TNT is within 2-3 working weeks which makes the estimated deadline May 3rd.

As you already know after the investigations with the carrier (TNT), we received an official reply from them that the forgery of the signature could not be confirmed.
Please note that in the event of incidents when signing the delivery document (or the impossibility to sign it because of Covid restrictions or other), in the case of orders with visible damage, - it would be necessary for you as a customer to notify the transport agency (TNT) within 48 hours from the delivery so that your claim can be processed, which we also pointed out as well as initiated the issue handling in our end at the same time.

We are sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for your understanding.

Scam, will sic collectors at you even though you paid months prior.

Deras customer support är bottar, de svarar inte. De skickar bara samma copy/paste script på loop.

Checkout funkar utmärkt till en början, men dagar senare så ändras den till "payment failed". Alla försök därefter failar instant. Om du insisterar ger de dig IBAN info för betalning men de skickar inkassokrav från Skill Games Aps oavsett om du betalat eller inte.

Beyond värdelös support, dysfunktionell hemsida, de kommer råna dig på dubbla kostnaden oavsett om du betalar eller inte.

Undvik till varje pris, det här företaget är i princip kriminellt.

This review regards UllaKulla.se, but I'd assume the same holds for all their sites.

UllaKulla.se is owned by Skill Games Aps, I'd wager everything else they own is also a scam.

Their customer support are a bunch of robots, they do not respond, they just send the same copy/paste script over and over.

Checkout will initially go through just fine, only to days later change to "payment failed". Any subsequent attempts to pay will instantly fail. If you insist they'll give you IBAN info to pay Skill Games Aps directly, but they will still send collections at you.

Beyond worthelss support, dysfunctional website. Trying to rob you even though you already paid.

Avoid at all costs, this company is practically criminal.
