Sorry but I have to change my review.

Sorry but I have to change my review. I am using VPS enterprise plan. Everything was fine but from recent days we are facing lots of down time.

Support team always reboot the server and say everything is fine now. This make no sense when the core issue is different. How can RAM usage increase when there is less traffic and no background process.

Support team identified the root cause, and issue is fixed for now. Although still I want to give a feedback fix your live chat support. They literally unaware of things.

And yeah for now I will continue with ultahost!

Great experience

I've had a great experience with the support team. They respond very quickly and always provide excellent assistance. I contacted them regarding server setup and then about transferring ownership. Each time, I received a detailed and very quick response. Today, my ticket was handled by Simon Madsen, and he was very attentive to every detail and resolved my issue fast.

Hidden Negative Reviews & Possible Fake Feedback – Beware of Ultahost

After carefully reviewing the two official Ultahost profiles on Trustpilot (domains ultahost.com and ultahost.io), it is evident that the company has deliberately split customer feedback between the two domains. The main profile (ultahost.com) has 771 reviews, while the secondary profile (ultahost.io)—a domain that is essentially inactive—has 485 reviews.

Combined statistics from both profiles:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars): 846 reviews (67.3%)

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 stars): 61 reviews (4.9%)

⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars): 27 reviews (2.1%)

⭐⭐ (2 stars): 24 reviews (1.9%)

⭐ (1 star): 298 reviews (23.7%)

Impossible to cancel your subscription

The Ultahost.com company makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I rented a server for the game Enshrouded. When I no longer played the game I tried to cancel my subscription. I went through numerous hours without success. I was assured by them my account was cancelled only to be rebilled again and again.
Update: May I suggest that instead of an apology that you address the issue and institute and easy and straight forward way to cancel a subscription. Thank you.

I asked if I could install n8n for personal use on my current server package, and Samuel Hall & Dextor Jason recommended that I get a new package starting small and scaling up only when needed. The setup took just a few hours and turned out to be more affordable compared to other n8n hosting offers.
