And I can say that. I paid almost $300 on some faux fur jackets. They kept putting me off putting me off. Next thing I’m getting something saying they filed bankruptcy. I could have found them even if they changed their name because here they are doing business, but didn’t bother to rectify customers they screwed over. Don’t do it! please my sisters, go elsewhere.

They are a scam, I purchased a £40 dress which never arrived. It’s been a whole year and all I’ve been is ignored or told the money will be refunded in a few days and this has never happened. They don’t bother replying anymore and I do not believe they were ever going to send my dress as they are a SCAM

I placed and payed for an order (through Klana) over 12 months ago 14/11/2021 to be exact.
All I have had back are platitudes. These guys are a fraudsters, please beware.
I have sent a couple of reminder messages over the course of the year and, obviously, in the last couple of weeks asking for an update - guess what NO REPLY!!

Do not buy anything from this website. They take your money and never deliver your product. We bought a sweater almost a year ago. We never got it. We contacted Ultamodan several times, and all we got were excuses and empty promises. There are hundreds of people reporting the exact same thing on TrustPilot.

Ultamodan actually contacted me regarding my review to "learn more about my experience." Since they don't respond to emails and phone calls I guess I'll try to communicate with them here. Let's see, you charged me for a sweater in January. You never delivered it. We have tried to contact you several times, and all we get are excuses and empty promises. Now you no longer even answer our emails. All I want is a refund (the sweater we bought will no longer fit as it was ordered for a teenager a year ago). That's my experience with Ultamodan.

Placed an order in November of 2021. Email was sent to me saying the item was out of stock. I have corresponded throughout the year with them and still have not received order or refund. The item I ordered is still be sold online. Ultamodan shows that 9 have recently sold. So where is my order????? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute scammers - do not purchase! You will never receive your items and they will email you with promises until it’s too late. Dishonest and out to steal your money!

16/11/2021 I ordered a dress $61 Aus that was with a discount code, was so excited for this dress to arrive.. it never arrived. I contacted the company who replied with generic emails and were absolutely no help, I was told they will send it as a priority, I still never got it. I asked for a refund and they kept beating around the bush. Almost a year to date and I still have not received anything. This company is a fraud !!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD. BOUGHT A JACKET AND IT NEVER SHOWED UP. TALKED TO A CUSTOMER REP AND THEY STATED, THEY WOULD SHIP OUT WITH PRIORITY. STILL DID NOT RECEIVED COAT. FINALLY JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND ON MY CARD, THEY COULD NOT DO THAT,SO I GOT STORE CREDIT. WELL THE CODE THEY GAVE ME DOES NOT WORK AND THEY NOW WILL NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY EMAILS. SUPER FED UP AND THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A YEAR NOW.

Why is this company still allowed to sell on the internet? It's a total scam, they take your money and do not send the goods. Be warned

I recently received an email saying 'Ultamodan Ltd, as of 31st August 2022, has entered into Involuntary Insolvency proceedings.

The Courts are now appointing Administrators who will, in turn, release details to all those affected by these unfortunate and unavoidable circumstances.

On February 23rd, 2022 I placed an order through Klarna from Ultamodan for a cape sleeve coat. Time went by and I had not received my coat or any information about the order of shipment. In March the coat was paid in full and still no coat, no information. I reached out to ultamodan regarding the shipping and received a prompt response from them regarding shipping delays. It is now September 8th, 2022 and I still have no coat, no shipping information and no refund. I have come to the conclusion that I will never receive the coat or my money back and this so called company is a scam. I've learned that you have to be leary of ordering from companies even through Klarna.

My order of jeans did take 20 days to arrive which I was disappointed in. but good quality and really good deal for a shop that's on the web! thanx

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing..I, too, as many others have been sucked into fake promises that goods are only delayed (not lost) and to be patient...It's been over a year now that I've given these people the benefit of the doubt...I'm almost laughing it's that ridiculous..you can keep your $30 dollars :) but get real :

RizeUp needs to re-evaluate its associations...

Dec 26,2022 Received an email asking to help Ultamodan verify that I've had "a genuine experience".
Here's a recap :
Emailed to follow up on order on September 15, 2021,
Got asked for order details which I've provided, advised order's take 10-26 business days to process (!) Plus delivery time AND my order is "scheduled to ship in 10 business days"

12 days later still no shipping/tracking email so I emailed them

October 6th, got reply with " sincere apologies for the delay in obtaining your order, we've experienced delays with dispatch, but we'd like to confirm our team is working hard to have it dispatched as soon as possible. Once shipped out a tracking notification will be sent to you with the ETA.."
October 28th : still nothing, emailed again
No reply
Emailed again November 12 and nothing
Emailed again April 6, 2022 got reply with apologies offering to refund in a form of a gift voucher plus $10, when I queried the fact that they have supply issues (!) Which means I wouldn't be able to get any of my frkn orders anyway they said they found a way to expedite my order and to confirm my address. Which I've provided and asked for tracking number. AND THEY'VE DISAPPEARED AGAIN.
I got an email on April 24th 2022
"Thank you for contacting us!

Our sincere apologies that your order #AU5516 is taking too long to ship. We are dealing with logistics issues that are causing shipping delays as best as we can"
