Easy to work out what you wanted once you put the make and model of car in. Good quality and fit plus they came on time. Very pleased!

Don’t buy

The mats for rear seats of my car were the wrong shape. I let the seller know via email and describe the issue to them. Two weeks on and still no reply to my email or any form of communication from their part.

The rubber mats I purchased fitted well…

The rubber mats I purchased fitted well and arrived promptly but I have had them for two weeks now and have been unable to put them in my car as yet because of the smell of them, I understand it’s a thing with new rubber and it is wearing off now so hopefully not too long now before I can use them. I did email them for tips on ridding them of the odour but received no reply. Having said all that I am very pleased with the mats.

Hi, our apologies but it looks like we missed you emails or our junk filter caught it. If you find the odour too strong, leaving the mats hung in a well ventilated location for a few days or put a dish of granulated coffee near them, as this may absorb some of this. It will dissipate as the mats were cut from a fresh roll of rubber.

Pleased with the mats they finish off the interior appearance of the car as well as protecting the mats. Ordered and delivered quickly by Ultimate Car mats and would buy from again.

Tracy, the tracking on the first shipment for your address was lost by the courier. They advised us after we looked into this, so we put another set of mats into production on the 23rd. As soon as we have additional tracking you will be sent an automated email with details. Our apologies for the delays but this was out of our hands and we did think they had been delivered.

They have messed up my order and now…

They have messed up my order and now they won’t answer to emails. Bad company!

Re: now they are stating that they have tried to contact me, hasn’t happened. Checked my paypal messages and my email address. They requesting an email from me with pictures. I have sent them the original email about 30 times 3 days ago. Rubbish, absolute rubbish! I even opened an PayPal dispute with them and they haven’t even replied to that!

Misleading pictures, non existent customer service

The product pictures on the website are very misleading - fine if you can contact them to arrange a refund etc except all you can do is email and hope for a reply.... but dont hold your breath because they dont answer and there is no phone number.

I never write negative reviews because it damages peoples businesses but in this case I think it's fair enough.

Could you send us an online enquiry form and include your order number or postcode and we will look into this for you. If you want to send us a photo of the mat you've received, please email us a photo of it laid out flat, plus a photo of the white sticker so we can check what you have been sent.
