Relatively straight forward to order on line and quick delivery during these difficult times of COVID. The mats are exactly what I ordered and appear to be of decent quality. Also good communication re my order that needed amending slightly.

Very high quality mats at a good price that were delivered quickly.

These mats were for my daughter’s car. I gather they are fine as far as quality is concerned but the location holes were not a very good fit with the fixed “studs” on the drivers side.

I had problems convincing them I had uploaded documents, two weeks to get plates, however did get them and are as ordered, would deal again.

Excellent product along with an excellent service and our order was produced very quickly. Would highly recommend Ultimate Car Mats.

I have already posted a review here about the poor quality of the mats you supplied me and the non existent customer service your company provide can't even reply to an email and as this is your only form of contact I guess I am going to have to put my dealings with you down to a bad experience along with the loss of my money

The mats have already started to fray on the drivers side by the accelerator pedal. I’ve only had the mats for 2 weeks! The drivers mat also keeps getting caught under the clutch, so I’ve had to Velcro it down. Waited 10 days for delivery of sub standard mats. Would not recommend. How do I return the mats and get a refund?

The car mats took a longer time than expected arriving. However they are beautiful and worth the wait.

Still waiting to be contacted about when i will receive correct mats. Ultimatecarmats customer service is terrible.

Ordered car mats with embroidery stitching. First time in 30years have I been tempted to spend over and above on a car.
In these COVID times reply from company was quick in letting me know what was and wasn’t in stock.
After reordering I received no update even although money was taken out. After getting back in touch asking for any update AT ALL they replied very next day.
Mats delivered over 3 weeks after ordering. Although not the best customer service I am absolutely delighted with my order. Quality is good and trim with embroidery surpassed my expectations.
