Mats were just right for my XJR. Fitted perfectly look beautiful ( if mats ever could !)

Great product, better than I first thought, only let down was the courier had lost the parcel and delivery was delayed. But after contacting them it was soon sorted and on its way to us. They look amazing

I ordered my car mats a month ago this Thursday and they have taken payment but I have not received the mats!!! I have sent several emails and nobody has got back to me. And there is no phone number to speak to anyone either. I am not happy as I am sure you can imagine.

I have used Ultimate Car Mats before and so returned for a boot mat for my F36. It arrived as advised but folded which was disappointing and it was about 25mm too long, also disappointing but not show stopping enough for it to be returned.
Having said this I would still use them again as they were for me best value and range of products.

This is my second set of mats and have found them to be good quality and a reasonable price.

I have bought car mats from this supplier on many occasions and always been satisfied, however on this occasion the mats for my Lexus RX although the same quality as previously were fitted with the incorrect eyelets in the front mats which stop the mats
slipping. The fittings in the car are oblong and not round therefore not fixed securely
24 hours after this post I have received a reply from ultimate car mats with an apology and requesting a photo. They are able to supply the correct fittings that are easy to install. They will update their records for future. Excellent customer service hence my revised rating.

No confirmation of purchase. No response to emails. Poor quality mats for price paid.

Terrible service, 5 weeks and counting. Used UCM several times over the last few years and have been excellent, fast and great quality. Really gone down hill and take days to respond to emails.

This will be the third set of mats I've bought from Ultimate so I think that says it all. Good value, good quality and promt servce .

I bought a set of mats for my new Mazda 6. I had them made with red edging, MAZDA in red writing and a rubber heel pad. They were supplied with the appropriate fixing points and they are a perfect fit. This is the 2nd set of mats that I have had from Ultimatecarmats, the 1st being for a Mercedes E class, which were also a perfect fit. I thoroughly recommend Ultimatecarmats if you want to add a bit of style to your car.

Great company and the mats are perfect for my car which is a gem but getting on. The old mats needed replacing. The new ones are a great compliment to my motor! The custom fit is excellent and the personalised name, colour and fit are just what I wanted. Ultimate car mats were very good at keeping me informed from the time I ordered to the time the mats were delivered. I can recommend highly. Thank you Ultimatecarmats.

Bought the top of the range carpet mats for my MK3 Audi TTS. Perfect fit and look top quality! Awesome.

the mats look great, especially the electric blue trim, it glows under the Galaxy's ambient light system but the clips broke off the first time they were removed for cleaning. :(

These are really the ultimate - very heavy rubber, well stitched around, very heavy solid and durable - they help sound insulation as well as being properly tough - suitable for families, dogs , allotments, farms, beaches - the boot one is worth every penny too. Really protects your carpets like new

The mats arrived very quickly and are an excellent fit. They look smart and seem pretty durable for the basic set. My only criticism is that the rubber mat insert under the pedals could have been positioned a bit further to the left to completely catch the heel of the clutch foot.

Website says fixing mechanisms included. They're not, you just get the hole where the mechanism goes through. contacted them and they just said no, fixings not included, told me to try getting them from a main dealer! More expense!

Contacted Ultimatecarmats twice requesting a refund but no answer, just being ignored.

It is not safe to use the mats without the safety fixing mechanism
