Production and delivery was delayed for far too long. Communication (replies to emails) was appalling and they attempted (unsuccessfully) to say that the mats could not be returned. The mats were the wrong shape.

I ordered the mats with the heel pad in error. I emailed the company within hours asking not to include the heel pad. I got no response whatsoever and mats came with heel pad included. Poor customer service.

Mats okay not much else good to say. Took a full 31 days to get my delivery, throughout this time I sent many emails asking what the issue was and hoping to get the ball rolling but it seems they have no communication with the factory whatsoever so was left in the dark. Not offerd compensation of any sort!

Mats are nice, went for the luxuary ones, they were only place who had the correct shape matts.

Carpet is good quality but due to the thickness the plastic grip keeps coming apart meaning the mat moves around instead of being held in place.

Placed an order at the beginning of February, heard nothing for three weeks. Asked for a refund and was told they tried to get in touch. Took a further two weeks and just got my refund.
No telephone number on the website so you can't speak to someone, steer well clear, their cowboys!!!!!

Perfect fit for my car, really pleased with the mats and quick service

Ordered my mats on the 6th Feb with a view to receive within 7-10 working days as described on the website.
Today is the 3rd March and I have not received my mats or have I had ANY RESPONSE to my emails sent for a refund and to cancel the order. No phone number to contact the company with. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

i picked this company from the carmats websites for their ease of picking the right product for my car, the mats arrived on time as ordered and I was able to track the parcel right to my door and within 10minutes of the timeslot predicted, so, well done, also, the mats fitted perfect in my Qashqai Tekna 2019, love the name tags stitched in the frontmats, a nice touch!

The quality of the mats is good and they look great in my car. However, when I received them, the fittings on the mats were the wrong depth for my car. They claimed not to understand my first email but, their response to my second email, and attached photos, was that Toyota use two different sizes of fittings on their Rav 4's. They sent me the alternative size fittings within a few days but, to enable them to be fitted, they needed an oval, rather than a round hole. Fortunately my husband was able to cut the mats with a Stanley knife to get them to fit, but this wouldn't have been necessary if they had offered a choice of fitting size when I placed my order.

I feel a bit mean only giving a 3 star rating but, I feel that it is justified as the problem could have so easily been avoided. Incidentally, it has also cost Ultimatecarmats two further orders and my husband had intended ordering for our other two cars.

Brilliant Carpets, Brilliant Service

Very smart excellent quality mats arrived within 10 working days. Furthermore I purchased a set for my Cooper S some 4 years ago - still in very good condition. Can’t understand the negative reviews.

Car mats are of a good quality however the fixings are in the wrong place to all be used (both fixings on both front mats), and the AMG lettering I paid extra for looks cheap.
