Lovely quality mats only have a problem…
Lovely quality mats only have a problem that they do not fit exactly onto the car’s original fixing points. Such a shame as it causes the plastic hole covers to come apart trying to stretch them to fit. They are ever so slightly the wrong shape and are slightly too long and the width is slightly too narrow.

My particular car mats seemed to take ages to arrive I contacted the company several times because it was dragging on a bit (about 14 working days) the mats arrived and the quality of the mats is very good I would recommend them but be prepared for a long wait

I haven’t received my order after waiting over 4 weeks.
The wrong order was sent to me, I provided the info asked for by UCM, yet they still haven’t sent me the proper order.
I’d much prefer my money back now please so I may order from a more reliable company who value their customers and they’re business !!

The heel pad available as an option was not attached straight and the other option of having something stitched in with your name for example looks like a poor job done.

I paid £57.04 for a pair of footwell…
I paid £57.04 for a pair of footwell mats for my VW Caddy van. What was delivered was a pair of thin and flimsy mats which were about the right size, but are not robust enough to retain their shape or stay in place at all. Had l been able to see these things, l wouldn’t have bought them for £10, let alone £57! I asked for a refund and received no response from the company. I won’t use this company again and l won’t recommend it.

Brian, you ordered our 4mm rubber mats and these are a flexible heavy material. We're not sure where you believe you can buy these for £10 but if you can let us know, as it's cheaper than the raw materials before cutting, trimming and delivery for our factory.

Ordered Mats before the published Christmas deadline. I tried to contact both via online enquiry and the published email address ( which just bounced back ), order status just kept saying order being processed and I would be emailed when despatched to courier. I was getting a little nervous as the payment was taken at the time of booking. Arrived on 30th December, no email notification.
Mats are excellent exactly as ordered. So 5 stars product quality Zero for customer service.

Hi, our sincere apologies for the delays in the delivery but we had a big problem with the courier Hermes, and have since switched to an alternative delivery method. We did have our annual shut down over the christmas period and emails were not all processed.
