Hi and thank you for your feedback. The rubber materials do have an odour when new but this should dissipate quickly if you leave them to air for a day or so.

Bought for my son for xmas, he said they are amazing and look fantastic. So thank you for the excellant quality of the mats and the superb experience ordering from you guys. Saved myself about £80.00 buying from you rather than BMW.

I had to wait a month for them to be delivered.
Unable to get in touch with any one at ultimatecarmats sent two emails it took them over a week to reply. Also could not get in touch with the courier that they use. They were fir a birthday present which had already gone before the mats arrived would never use them again

Hreat looking mats
I have ordered 2 sets 1 for my husband 1 for my son they both was delivered within 10 days. Ive had embroidery on both and fitted to each car. When they came they looked fantastic. Hope they both like them as they are christmas presents

Use poor delivery service.
The prime consideration on ordering was that they the web site advised the carriers the years, crucially Hermes was NOT one of them since they do not deliver to my location. When failed to arrive found it was Hermes they used. So then had to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery. They sorted it but should not have happened. The lack of a phone number is very annoying.
