Ordered a jacket for my son for next day delivery. When it was 3 days late (Wednesday) I called and after listening to all the recorded nonsense got through to someone who was very nice and said it would be delivered that day and if there was an issue I’d get a call back. No jacket, no call back. Called again on Thursday as my son needed the jacket for the weekend, told “it’s delayed with DHL it will be delivered Saturday, but we’ve refunded the next day charge”. Asked for more options as technically we could order again and it would arrive before that. Complete eh oh computer says no response. Just kept repeating it’s delayed at DHL.
Won’t be using them again.

Ordered boots, which arrived on time but were too small. Returns procedure was complicated and required a fee even though they would be refunding money to me.
By the time I had fathomed out how to do it I had wasted an hour. No information as to where their nearest shops were and no telephone help, just recorded messages.
Really should do better, others do.

Placed an order for a roof tent on 13/11/25 heard nothing for days then got a dispatch email with no tracking, tried calling Ultimate Outdoors with no luck I sent them an email via their website on 17th to which I am still yet to receive a reply. I received a call on the 18th from the delivery company who said they could deliver it until the 26th I explained that's later than the website stated when I ordered and I also explained there was no tracking for my item but they just said it booked for 26th.
All in all Ultimate Outdoors need to sort themselves out, the whole process of the order is ridiculous and the fact I didn't have any tracking for such an expensive item plus the fact they've basically ignored my email asking for item is just outright rude.
This will be my first and last order and I will not be recommending to anyone.

Horrendous customer service
Email the customer service email provided in order email only to receive an automated reply to say that the email address is no longer in use. Submit message through form on website then get an email reply from the address that supposedly is not in use to say that if FAQs don’t answer question reply directly to that email with more details - do exactly that and get back another email saying again that that email is not in use even though they literally told me to email it in their email from it . Absolutely disgusting

After ordering a RAB light down foldable jacket back in late October which turned out to be unsuitable. I returned the item by RM Tracked 48 at an additional cost of £2 on 28th October. I received confirmation of receipt on 3rd November. Ultimate Outdoors reserve the right to take 14 days to refund the money! Too long in 2025. Technology has moved on! However, this morning 18th November I called customer service to enquire as to why I still don’t have a refund on my card? To be told that there was an oversight and my refund hadn’t been actioned! I pointed out that I had been reasonable in allowing adequate time before chasing payment when I was told that the remediation would take up to a further 5 days! Not good enough. I won’t be using your services again and I don’t recommend anyone else does.

I ordered an Osprey bag as a gift on November 9th. My order was confirmed. A week later still no details of how to track my order. Called customer service who Ilinitially said they couldn’t find a record of my order, despite me giving the order number, name and address etc. Was told to forward my order confirmation by email to them. I did this and had an automated response saying they no longer accept emails at customer services! Phoned again and was told the order was cancelled due to the bag being out of stock. It is still showing up on line as available! As a result I couldn’t give the bag as a gift to my sister for her special birthday. Communication was non existent and the website is misleading!

I ordered a Berghaus tent on a Sunday afternoon and it came 22 hours later. Phenomenal service. Also, I had been searching for this particular tent for weeks as it was long out of stock in Go Outdoors at £249 (but only if your are a GO member, which costs!)online and this tent was about £50-100 more in the usual well-known High Street-type outlets. Then I found, by chance, exactly what I wanted with Ultimate Outdoors, paid my money, got free postage, Top Cashback on my purchase and it worked out less than anywhere else. And it came unbelievably quickly. I will be shopping with Ultimate Outdoors again. Thank you.

I'd give zero if I could as I still have not received the coat not like it's cheapies axia pro jacket no customer service can't service no reply no response no one to speak to just automated reply no tracking available and now not delivered ! How can I go so wrong even delivery no tracking saying it's been held up , iv tweeted iv emailed. And I rung up no joy no goods no delivery rubbish

Bought a pair of Brasher walking trousers. Same size as a pair I'd bought just 3 months prior.
Arrived day before my trip and assumed that they'd be same fit.
Wrong!
At least 2 sizes smaller (original pair still fit perfectly).
But. I'd cut off labels and packed. Didn't try on until away.
Appreciate returns policy but asked anyway. No response at all.
2 lessons learned.
Brasher have rubbish QA and UO have rubbish customer service.
Never buying either brand again.

I ordered three items to be delivered to my work place and evri lost them (if you call it that ).
In the meantime id ordered two more items from this online store and I contacted their customer service department straight away and explained what happened and asked them not to send it out with evri but guess what ,they did now that parcel as not been delivered to the parcel shop.
It's a complete shambles. Why companies still use evri baffles me.

Bought online a Rab Valiance jacket, the colour and size I wanted at an excellent price. Order in was straightforward on a Sunday afternoon, I paid for next day delivery and the jacket arrived on the Monday. Excellent!

I placed a substantial order and paid for next day delivery. My parcel was then lost in transit as they use Evri as a courier. I then called them to chase this up and asked for a new order to be dispatched at which point I was told the main item of my order was out of stock so I received a partial refund. The second attempted order was then lost by Evri again at which point a week later I have had to ask for a full refund of the complete order. Customer service were lively but this company is now too unreliable for me to consider ordering from again

Ordered a Rab axion jacket, it came with the hood missing. Not particularly easy to get hold of them via email either, returned jacket to a GO OUTDOORS store and exchanged it for another one.
