Appalling service, same experience as everyone else here I paid £1 to sign a pdf one time only and was signed up for the £29.99 subscription service. 4 payments have been taken - has anyone had any success in having their money returned to them?
I believe I have managed to cancel the subscription by login in but will also call my bank.

Used the service for £1 in January then realised in September I had been billed £29:90 every month since so scammed out of £270 . No way to contact them so disputed with bank and they put a supposed block on it but it still came out of my account yesterday ! Unbelievable - had to contact bank again . Someone needs to put a stop to these crooks .

I was given access to change a pdf document to Word and paid £1, i just realised i have been billed twice for £29.90 and I didnt use the service anymore. I have just gone to their website now to unsubscribe. I have read reviews here, anyone who signed up with this company must unsubscribe the very day you pay the initial payment of £1 or else they will keep deducting £29.90 every month, no receipt will be issued or any notification given, be careful!

Paid one off payment of £1 for PDF to Word conversion, then they tried to take £29.90 today from my debit card. My bank contacted me and a block was put on them.

Specifically clicked on ONE TIME ONLY fee £1.00, but then got charged £29.90 subscription for 3 months! Complete rip off and scam.
Put in a dispute with the bank as unable to contact ultra-pdf.com!

I tried the trial at £1.00 gbp and never signed up for subscription until I checked my bank and they have £2
9.90 pending

Same as everyone, monthly payment of 29.90 and I can't find out how to stop it....

Total and unequivocal scam - same issue as everyone here. This is uncinscionable.

Scam. Paid the £1 one-off-fee, and then they tried to take £29.99 without being authorised.

Scam. Watch it out. I paid £1 and their program event didn't work. Then took £29.90 from my account. It is a fraud!

Sadly, I have to report the same story as everyone else.
I was conned into thinking what is advertised as a free service was just that, when it is in reality actually a subscription service at £29.90.
Has anyone found a way of cancelling the account?
Meanwhile, Ultra PDF just ignores this issue.

Paid £1 for compressing one document - that was supposed to be it. SCAMMERS! I bought my 50p doc convert from them they are now taking £29.90 a month! I have cancelled my card and my bank has put a stop on any further payments. As I did purchase something from them (50p) this isn't fraud as I gave them my bank details.

I looked at a similar company and in the tiniest writing, it says if you don't cancel after 48 hours you are signing up for a monthly subscription!

CONTACT YOUR BANK AND GET THEM TO STOP FURTHER PAYMENTS,

They have autodebited with 30 pound. For subscription which i dont want.
I have cancelled it straight away but i didnt get my refund at all.

How do I stop these people can’t cancel there just taking another payment they will have had 90 pounds off me for nothing

Beware the small print!
I didnt realise they were taking money from my account when I did I contacted them and they closed my subscription the next day.

Site don't work, I thought paid £1.99 for one day, it's cost me £29.90 scam scam scam
