same as everyone else nearly 100 quid down before i realised - and I am usually so so careful - total SCAM DO NOT USE

I give them 1 star because I don't think I can give them none. I entered their site in looks for an online PDF converter. Once I added the document , the site said it would send me the file converted if I paid 1 week trial period cost 1.99 USD. After I did that , they still did not send the file via e-mail and not only that but the file was not converted at all. It remained stuck at 40% and couldn't be downloaded. After I made the payment of 1.99 USD I received an e-mail with that payment. There was no mention at ALL of the fact that they started the subscricption and that they will charge me with 34.99 USD every month. Today my CARD was charged with 34.99 (their service is no good to use) and I reached out to their support to reject the payment, and they replied back that they will not reject it and now the payment appears completed. I will now initiate a process wit my credit card company to recover the amount as it was obtained fraudulent by them.

I just want to cancel this SUPPORTPDFFILLER.COM APP and I don't have any idea about it please help, I'm security guard 4 kids single Mom how come you want to take R2600 something and I didn't take anything from you 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭please delete and how did you find my bank details.

Same situation as everyone else, complete scam, 1 document cost me £100 (3 months until I realised the money had been taken). Ultra Pdf not interested, wouldn't evidence where I was made aware of need to cancel subscription when I signed up, a disgrace and unbelievably doesn't seem to be treated like a crime despite the clear numbers of people who have clearly been ripped off.

Awful scam. I paid for a single use then suddenly my bank blocks my card because they tried to charge me nearly £30 every month. Luckily my subscription was cancelled as soon as my bank refused the charge. Stay away from this website

I am not subscribed and keep getting charges and I can’t find it amongst my subscriptions anywhere nor how to cancel.

I paid Euro 1.99 to edit a PDF file on June 2023 and then found Euro 29.90 taken from my account on a credit card I never use! For the last 10 months! They have been stolen from me the whole time, for a total amount of 299 Euro, which I WANT BACK ASAP! IS IT CLEAR???? I never authorized anything, YOU THIEVES! Organizations like this need to be taken down.

Total scam - they will rob you, definately a lesson learned for me, do not give them your card details, yes they take the £1 to convert your document and then shortly afterwards they take £29.99 and will continue to do so unless you cancel on their website in the account settings.

This is a scam and fraud.

Paid a £1 for a one off signature conversion they have scammed £29.90 for the past 5 months.

This happened to me too. When I raised it as a potential fraud issue with Lloyds, I had to raise a dispute - and was gutted to see written on their website their sneaky one week offer at £1 AND unfortunately, written quite clearly, after one week, you will be charged £29.90. To me, it's cynical, grossly priced bitter lesson - and I don't have a bloody case! The best I could do was block further charges.

Scam beware.... Like many others only wanted to use it once and paid £1 not knowing that I would be billed £29.90 per month.

Had to go to the PDF Smart website to cancel my subscription. .... Stay away and dont be another victim like the rest of us!!
