I like to give credit where credit is due. Both Becky and Bea were outstanding, customer service second to none. Ultra Soft Water Softeners are lucky to have them.

Knowledge is key

I was lucky to stumble across this company the lady I delt with (Becky) is very knowledgeable within her industry, which is very hard to find this these days.

I needed to replace the resin in my water softener, the company I originally brought the softener from said it was not possible and wanted to charge me in excess of £1500 for a new one machine, needless to say they have just lost a long-term client.

I ordered the resin for Becky she also gave me the necessary telephone support to do the job myself all this cost less than £100

What luck finding Ultra-soft. I rarely have the time to leave reviews but this company fully deserves a glowing 5 stars so I am making the time.

I came across their site by chance as I wasn’t happy with a previous softener that had been installed in my house.

I phoned them and the call was answered immediately. Becky their sales manager knew the model I had and helped me to conclude that the one I had was too small for the quantity of water we used.

I had been battling for a while to get the old one working so was out of warranty and quickly trusted Becky’s advice for a replacement.

Then followed numerous calls whilst I asked many questions about size, position of connections, installation kit, remote control, salt type, etc…. I had a lot of questions and wanted to be reassured I wasn’t about to waste more money.

Throughout these many calls, Becky was outstanding, always answering the phone quickly, demonstrated unwavering patience range and product knowledge. Her ability to explain things clearly and understand what I was trying to explain was amazing and very reassuring.

Then came the installation which required a few more calls from me as whilst I am reasonably handy I wanted to ensure I was doing it all correctly. Again no question was too much trouble and I am delighted to now have beautifully soft water.

Thank you Becky for your patience and spending the time to clarify so many questions.
