After much searching online found this company and from start to finish found them brilliant in all departments. Easy ordering, free delivery and on time great customer service with a follow up order too

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL BOARDS is emblazoned across the top of their website. But it's not!!! The website is actually misrepresenting their service which has a 250 mile limit on it. Nowhere on their website does it say this.
No apologies for getting it wrong.
Apparently their T&Cs says that delivery will be calculated at checkout and they are hanging their hat on that.
You obviously can't believe all you read on their website!

Absolutely Brilliant. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and realised I'd made a mistake on the delivery option and had left collection set rather than the free delivery offer for March. Thought this is going to be a headache on Monday morning.

Well what a pleasant surprise quick call on Monday not a problem 'we'll get that changed for you'. Order arrives 7am on Tuesday.

Amazing service, good prices and great customer service. Will certainly be ordering from them again and totally recommend them !!

Excellent customer service for a first time project. The advice has been excellent from calculating the volume of units required, to dealing with deliveries and refunds, the whole experience has been great. Well done!

We had to wait awhile to receive fencing kits but we were told this at time of ordering, the whole process was easy from ordering, friendly delivery driver and installation, fence looks good looking forward to less maintenance and we would definitely order from Ultra Deck again.

Ordered around March having received several colour samples to replace existing wooden timber. They were delivered within a couple of weeks by a friendly delivery driver who helped me unload and carry the boards.

The boards are high-quality, non-slip and incredibly easy to work with. I used fastening clips and made some slight readjustments after a few months of settling in (they do expand and contract in length marginally in hot and cold, but much easier to clean/maintain than wood). Really happy with product and overall service.

I ordered my decking from Ultra decking after seeing their product on the internet. I thought their prices were competitive and as it turns out also quality. My ordering experience was simple and everything was delivered on time and all items present.

Ordered online easily, delivery was quick and the decking boards are of good quality.

I must write to thank Ultra Decking for a great ordering experience along with quality composite decking and composite Fencing. From start to finish everything was perfect. Great choices and designs. Can’t thank Jake enough for all his help ordering and working out quantities. My first experience using Composite materials. Great video to help me through it, really enjoyed the experience. I purchased composite cladding easily on the website.
It was delivered on the date they had emailed to me.
The cladding is of good quality and has been easy to work with.

Bought and paid in full 18th May 2023. Great price a simple order, two sets of 6 foot composite panels for inserting into concrete posts. One set delivered after six weeks. Chased and chased for missing set, they delivered it, still missing top and bottom rails and one board damaged. It's now 16th August still not received missing parts or replacement board. Great prices, such a shame it's so painful trying to get a complete order.
No doubt they will respond asking me for invoice number... its 39379.
I have given up phoning and emailing. Just glad I had not spent a significant amount of money with these guys.

Started out great until delivery. Order was missing 10 boards on delivery. Spoke to countless people from courier to office staff and was promised a call back which never happened so called again. Given another delivery date to replace missing items which came and went and no delivery. Emails went unanswered until I spoke to customer service and stated that if I don’t have a delivery then I’ll persue a refund using my credit card company. Upshot- delivery made but the 10 boards delivered are a totally different design to the others!!! ( I’ll make it work because quite frankly I can’t be arsed with their incompetence ! )I certainly wouldn’t use them again and I’d recommend others not to either. Shocking experience and I’m really surprised they’re in business considering their inability.

Ordered decking worth £1000+ with express delivery of 3-7 working days. Wrote email, no answer. After 3 weeks and 6, 7 phone calls they delivered part of it. I rang and they said that the rest of it is out of stock. They did not bothered to inform me when I was ringing to chase it.
I would not recommend it.
