Service was excellent product was great and easy to install

Great product, builder impressed with the quality and hidden clip system.

Delivery was spot on, one missing part due to supply issues which was delivered later with some additional deck boards due to miscalculation.

Just hope it lasts now.

Excellent product at a very good price, delivered earlier than predicted and driver was very helpful in putting it just where I wanted. Easy to cut and install. Would certainly buy again from Ultra Decking if I need more decking.

Ultradecking were a pleasure to deal with. Despite there being a UK wide delay in obtaining decking boards, they kept me updated and delivered them on time and in perfect condition.

Excellent customer service, at order they helped to advise which product would be the most suitable, very knowledgeable staff. Had to wait for the trims to be delivered but this was a supply chain issue and they were accurate for when they would be in stock. They rang to check several months later that all was well with decking with handy cleaning tips to ensure I keep my decking like new!
