Had a delivery booked for today - phoned that at 16.00 - just to check as I had been waiting all day - they told me the decking was coming today so I asked what time was the latest delivery - told me 19.00 and they would phone an hour beforehand - it’s now 19.06 and not heard nothing - took a day’s holiday from work for no reason - absolutely furious - also missed out on a family meal waiting in 😡 update - they came the next day and delivered while I was at work - luckily it was still there when I got home - the decking is really good quality - they just need to be better on delivery dates/times and customer service.

Terrible company, terrible service, possibly a full scam website. Having to go through my card provider for a chargeback as they sold "clearance" items "in stock" and "48hr delivery" only for it not to be in stock, 6 to 8 week delivery and as it's not in stock, it can't even be a clearance item! Bunch of charlatans. Every attempt at contacting this company has failed, phone number on the invoice and email doesn't connect, i've sent 4 emails now, firstly to query then to cancel the order, and each one has been ignored. Do. Not. Use. This. Company. IUnless you like your money dissapearing into a black hole and never getting your product.
*edit* why is it you can reply here when it's a public comment but not an email to customer services? Thankfully this shows you care more about outward reputation than actual service. And everyone can see it.

Although there was a slight delay initially, the team reached out and managed to sort everything out quickly. Decking boards were of decent quality and good value for money.

Slow delivery. I ordered the decking over 2 weeks ago, but they still won't give me a delivery date even when I chase via the phone.

On planning a deck build I had no idea who to use for the decking, on Googling Ultra Decking popped up, their website looked good with very good pricing so we thought we would bite the bullet and make a purchase of some composite decking. Well from start to finish I could not have been happier, ordering was easy, delivery was next day and their driver was by far the most helpful guy I have ever come across. Try them, they are the best at everything trust me.

I have made 2 orders with Ultra Decking. I ordered on the phone for my first order as I was unsure of everything I might need. I had already seen the samples and liked the look of the premier decking. They were knowledgeable and helpful.
The order arrived as expected and had everything we needed.
I needed to make another small order as we extended the area and again Ultra Decking assisted me.
The decking is now fitted and looks fantastic, can’t wait for a bit of sunshine to enjoy it.

I ordered decking from Ultra decking "Signature" collection (Teak & Chocolate) back in April 2020. After several missed delivery dates the decking arrived along with the bits & pieces needed to install it.
This was a diy job, so shortly after delivery I set about installing the decking myself. All went well & the decking looked really good when it was laid & I was quite impressed with both the goods & my DIY skills.
Fast forward to today 18th April 2023 & sadly cracks have started appearing along the length of several random boards, slap bang in the middle of the boards.
I contacted Ultradecking by telephone, where i was hoping to have some sort of comeback on their "highly rated" 25 yr (limited) guarentee. A very pleasant lady greeted me on the other end of the telephone. When I explained the issues I was having with their (really quite expensive) product, I was advised to contact them by email.
I was also advised to send pictures taken during the installation process ( who does that ), close up pictures of the affected boards along with pictures of expansion gaps between boards & adjoining hard surfaces. Information on centre distances between supporting joists & pretty much everything including how many times I used the toilet during installation.
I was advised, once all of this information had been received they would "FULLY INVESTIGATE" why the boards were splitting.
I came off the telephone thinking that EVEN if I supplied ALL of the info required they would STILL find an excuse for the problem NOT to be their responsibility.
As per usual, the 25yr guarentee is a huge selling point for any supplier, but AS PER USUAL should anyone try to call it in there are MANY obstacles placed in your path to deter you.
Sadly it looks like my split boards will have to stay in place until they collapse all together.
New buyers be aware & don't fall for the "GUARENTEE" that isn't really a guarentee.
Needless to say I won't be using Ultradecking again.

Quick update following response from Ultradecking.
In their response Ultradecking stated they were willing to try to resolve my problems and would contact me via email.
5 days after leaving that response they still had not contacted me. I contacted THEM again today 28th April via email and ONLY THEN did Ultradeck respond.
Their aftersales service is absolutely disgraceful.
My advice to anyone considering buying their products is "avoid at all cost" but if you feel you absolutely MUST buy from them PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure you take pictures at every stage of installation, take note of the INCLINATION of the decking ( as apparently standing water can cause composite deck to crack), observe ALL expansion gaps and be prepared to FIGHT all the way should you have any problems in the future.
Ultradecking have TOTALLY denied any responsibility and I was even laughed at over the telephone when they contacted me earlier today.
USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. !!!

Ordered a few samples which were completely free and arrived a couple of days later. Chose what we wanted. Compared prices with other companies and decided to order from Ultradecking as their pricing was easy to understand and fairly competitive.
Really easy to order online and had confirmation sent through immediately. A few days later I had an email giving me a delivery date which was a lot quicker than I’d expected (4 days after the order) however it was a day I wouldn’t be at home. I rang to change delivery date but rather disappointingly was told it could be up to another 28 days. This was not the case, I’m not sure if someone worked their magic but I then had another email with a new delivery date of only 2 days after my original date. Perfect.
The delivery day arrived but by 5pm I decided to call Ultradecking to see if they knew where the driver was. A really helpful lady told me she would get the driver to call me when they were close. 8pm I got a call to say he was 20mins away. Big thank you to Brian the delivery driver who had had a very, very long day and was still polite, professional and super friendly and helpful, even though he still had to drive back to Liverpool from Coventry.
The decking looked great. Excellent quality. Very easy to work with. In fact we loved it so much we decided to make the project bigger so bought more. Ordered it on the phone with Jenny. We were heading north for a few days so decided to pick it up on our way home.
The product is great. The customer service has been excellent throughout. I run my own business so I know how vitally important good customer service is and my experience with Ultradecking has been faultless. Thank you Jenny, Dan, and anyone else I dealt with including the young lad in the warehouse and Brian the delivery driver. 😀 Will definitely recommend Ultradecking to all.

Really impressed with Ultradecking. Service was great, answered all our questions (of which there were many) with patience and honesty.
We live in the Channel Islands, so getting companies who understand delivering to the shipping company is really important. Not only did they understand, or decking was ordered and shipped to us within a week.
We are really pleased with the result, very good quality and our builder was impressed with the ease of fitting.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot praise Jenny and team @Ultra Decking enough, Excellent products, friendly staff and first class service.

Ordered decking in early may, was told six weeks wait. Phoned after six weeks was told there was a delay and said they did email with this. Which we did not receive and told it would now be the 14th July. Phoned on the 13tj July to be told not till the 29th, so I asked to cancel. Ordered else where and delivered in 3 days

We wanted a high quality composite deck in anthracite grey to match our recently built ‘working from home’ cabin’s windows. After receiving samples from a number of suppliers, the only one that accurately matched was Ultradecking Signature dual anthracite/silver.

The Decking itself is superb quality at a very affordable price, but it is the customer service that is also outstanding. The whole Customer journey has been a breeze, right from initial purchase, delivery and brilliant advice during the build. Always friendly and accommodating, and nothing too much trouble, even though they are busy.

Particular thanks to Dan, Lee and Jenny. A friendly family run business that deserves a five star rating.

We are very pleased with the Signature two tone deck we chose, it looks fantastic and great quality. Admittedly, the website could perhaps be improved to make it easier for non profis to ensure you order the right fixings, facia boards etc with it, but Lee was very helpful when we phoned and explained what else we would need and recommended extras etc. Can't fault the device or the product. Thanks guys

HUGE delivery fees. When ordering make sure you order everything in one go including clips; trims etc (accessories) the website doesn’t remind you or suggest it like most do. They don’t mention what you need as well as the actual deck boards. If you are a professional ‘decker’ you’ll know but I didn’t. I phoned and ordered forgotten fixings - another huge delivery fee. They then had an opportunity to ask if I needed edging but they didn’t. So once again a separate late order for that too - £59.00 delivery! I actually got similar elsewhere. Equally nice. Way cheaper delivery.

Just visited their store in Warrington, only it doesn’t exist. The self storage unit owners said they haven’t been here for over 2 years. Obviously don’t want customers to know their location. Why is that?
