I made a mistake with my Postal Code and the parcel could not be delivered and was forwarded to another delivery company. Laura was able to help track it down and delivered to me.

I placed order on 25th October. A month later, having heard nothing, I sent an email. I tried to visit website and my security said the site was a scammer. I received a gracious reply saying they would try to expedite my order. I just shrugged off $80, berating myself for our buying without the security of PayPal.
Yesterday (December 3) I received my pack, with apologies because the response had been overwhelming and they were caught shorthanded.

Still not received goods. Payment been taken out of bank account on 3rd November

Ordered on 20th November and now wished I had read the reviews before placing a large order. My money was taken immediately but received no confirmation email, nothing to advise when delivery can be expected etc. Now seeing other people's experiences, I fear I may have been scammed.

Their customer service is efficient. Have not received order yet so cannot comment further

Long delay regarding order. Eventually I cancelled it. Still no refund. Total waste of time. SCAM

Other reviewers are stating that prompt customer service. Do they not realise the responses do not come from the company but a 3rd party. Information is incorrect.
No product ever received, no refund received & correspondance not replied to.
This is a SCAM I am sure of it now.

One of my best purchases in a while. Super absorbent, soft, and gentle on my skin. Shipping took a bit longer, but the helpful updates from customer service made it worth it. Definitely ordering again.

I used to go through a pack of pads every week, it was getting expensive! I decided to try Ultradries and I'm so glad I did. It took a few weeks to arrive but totally worth it. I haven't bought pads since. The cotton feels so much better than those plastic ones and I feel fresher all day. Never going back!

Mine arrived this morning and I'm delighted with them! The cotton fabric is really comfortable and they seem very absorbent.

I ordered from Ultradries on 8 October 2025. Initially communication was good, however, after being assured my delivery was on its way, and a tracking number would be sent, nothing! No communication, no tracking, no goods. I am very disappointed.

These were not suitable, the size and fabric were all wrong for me, and I had waited over a month for them. Had I known they were coming from China I'd NEVER have bought them. They give the impression they have a base in the UK, hence why I bought!
I never wore them, and immediately asked to return them. I was offered a ''keep them and we'll pay you something back'' offer. I declined. They then upped the offer, but it was a substantial amount I'd paid, and it was cheaper to return them and pay for the return.
I did return them by international courier, and have proof of postage, which I have supplied to them. At first they said I had put the wrong post code on the parcel, but I have the email from them that gave me the full details of where to send it.
Now they now say that they can't refund until the parcel is documented as received. So ''Catch 22'' comes in. They just never have to register the receipt of the parcel and they don't/won't have to recompense me! The carrier is equally difficult to get any answers to my enquiries I might add. Steer clear of these people. It's impossible to return and if you don't want them, wave goodbye to your money. I will NEVER deal with any business online unless can verify their base and return procedure and address in future, and certainly not Ultradries.

Switching from pads to Ultradries was the best thing I've done. Pads always felt damp and uncomfortable, plus I was constantly aware of them. These knickers are just... normal! Comfortable cotton, properly absorbent, and nobody knows I'm wearing them. Their customer service was great. Haven't touched a pad in two months and don't miss them one bit!

Pension doesn't stretch far at 73, so I kept buying cheap options. Big mistake, they'd leak or fall apart after a few washes. Saved up three months for Ultradries. Waited 4 weeks for delivery but honestly? These will last me YEARS. The cotton is quality, stitching is solid, absorbency is brilliant. Doing the maths these work out cheaper than constantly replacing rubbish ones. Wish I'd just bought these from the start and saved all that wasted money.

Ordered on the 19th September. Still no delivery. Have asked several times for refund. To date nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I cancelled order Laura said my refund would be ten days to come that was September 29th now oct 25th and still no refund just lots of emails saying working on it I am on fixed income cannot afford to lose my money

Had a problem about my order after hearing nothing after my confirmation email for nearly a month.I emailed them and Katherine emailed me very quickly and explained the reasons why and apologised and gave me a generous discount offer in compensation.Laura emailed later to promise to keep me informed of progress ongoing.

Finally found knickers that actually work! The absorbency is brilliant and they're so comfy I could wear them all day. The cotton is gentle and breathable perfect for my sensitive skin. their customer support was top notch. Regular updates, friendly messages - they really looked after me. Absolutely worth the wait! I'm buying another set today because these are staying in my life for good.

I already wrote a review when answering the original email. I was pleased to have a status update on my nearly-a-month old order. I shouldn't however need to follow up on it. I should be being kept advised as an order travels through the stages from order to delivery.
